EM4life Posted September 6, 2010 Report Share Posted September 6, 2010 I'd like to see the mod released before EM5 (2012), and with the release date surprising pushed back , it would make it alot easier.Of course, if the mod doesn't come out by then, it's not the end of the world, it's just my opinion. NY doesn't characterize their ambulances as BLS or ALS, but you could consider all their ambulances to be ALS. We have them throughout the entire state. The only difference between the ALS rigs in NYC and the ALS rigs in the rest of the state is that the city rigs are usually staffed with 2 paramedics and the rest of the state, it's usually 1 EMT and 2 paramedic. And in the city, the bls rigs do a lot more than they'd do else where, i.e. all trauma is bls since wherever you are, you're already so close to a hospital.
