Some of the units are driving so incredible slow some times. Is there any way to change this?

Yea there is. I believe if you go into the prototypes and open the unit in a word doc then find the line that has the unit speed and change it. REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR FILES before you proceed.

Open Units in the mod folder, go to vehicles and find the vehicle you want to change. Open the relevant folder, and open the unit.xml file in notepad, and then change the speed of the unit to whatever you want it to be.

Make sure you change the freeplay bit, because there are two sections and the freeplay section is the bottom part. Remember to back up your files in case you make a mistake.

why is it after i installed this im missing units shown on the first page. I have one unmarked cvpi not the other two colors and also missing unmarked CHP Cvpi and Marked LAPD cvpi with hub caps. If someone could help i am new to modding.

I am a big fan of the LA mod and I love the vehicles in this mod, but how do you download it? I put it in the LA Mod file but in game it doesn't work. PS: I have version 2.1

copy and paste over la mod folder,it will ask for permission click yes and it will be good to go.
