  1. We do not allow use of Sketchup models, unless you have proof that this model belongs to you.
  2. I stand corrected, they actually did try to make it work. Sadly, they must have messed up somewhere, because I dont see any reason for it to not function on OP's end. There would be no part in the WatSupply.script that is edited by that German code, so the problem has to be with their attachfirehose code.
  3. That code is not compatible with LWS. It isnt a problem with Hoppah's script, but with the thing you downloaded. It is up to the Germans to make their code compatible with LWS. There is nothing you can do about it for the time being.
  4. Please make your signature smaller, or at least remove the image heavy background. As for your issues, thats going to be something you have to figure out on your own because every submod has a different reasons for crashing like that.
  5. The one in Montana is actually the German one, which does require edits to the ambulances. Beware that you also need to make major edits to the hospital code for it to work with single stretcher stuff.

  7. It depends on who's version of the code you are doing. Some versions like the German based ones will require you to add a dummy command to all ambulances.
  8. Overuse of textures and materials on the map buildings, and on the playable units. The constant check scripts running in the background didnt make things any better. Here's another thing I have planned for the mod.

  10. No worries, Em4 modding isnt a job. You could have at least asked me to lock this topic down to avoid clutter and speculation. This mod wasnt 'false' because its just that, a concept. You never advertised this thing as being a fully working mod, so no harm, no foul.
  11. You mean the map textures that make up the 'floor' of the game world? If so, then only the freeplay one was ever released.

  13. We need a bit more information than 'it doesnt work'. Does the game shut down? Does the mod not load?
  14. Search the forum for 'how to edit freeplay events'. Take a look at similarly titled topics as well.
  15. The materials file has nothing to do with calls. Changing that value will actually cause a crash because the game is missing an essential material.
  16. You cant reduce the number of cars in wrecks without editing the FP map. There is a good chance of causing a CTD so I dont advise modifying it until you know exactly what to do.
  17. There's two numbers you may change to achieve that effect: combustion or heatres. The higher you go on either of them, the harder it is for the object to catch fire. Just start experimenting and you should start to see a difference.
  18. Your last three posts dont have the credits for the models. Try to find the original authors. If you're unable, at least try to mention which project you got the models from.
  19. I believe they're fictional designs, most likely inspired by NFS or GTA. What I'd like to see someday is a lowpoly version of this Westin rambar. Not saying it HAS to be done, but rather its a different kind of style that I've not seen in Em4.
  20. Go into here and then click on the model. Make sure you are in Object Editing mode. Your Local Axes settings need to be as such.   22. You can find pictures on their FB page, and on this forum. I understand your enthusiasm but this is your second time asking for photos in this page alone. Please calm it down and refrain from spamming mod authors with requests.

I dont remember exactly what was edited with that submod, but you'd follow the 'adding units tutorial' - Only copy paste the models and prototypes from the submod - Edit freeplaybase.xml and portraits.xml so that the units show up - Edit the language xmls - Edit various script to include the submod vehicles
  25. Unfortunately the older versions of the LA mod have been deleted years ago. Once 2.1 went up (in 2010, damn that was a long time ago), the older versions were deleted. You can get it to work in the 2.1 version of LA mod but you'd need to manually add each unit and edit files accordingly.
