pyrofreak
I know it's been a while but I forgot. Did the fire department get the same treatment as the police department as far as light replication goes? I only ask because I don't remember, or can't find many videos showing all the units with their lights, etc.
goog
CFD is giving each unit, fire, police and ambulance the real world patterns and effects. We have numerous agencies represented and each unit will have distinct lighting options and patterns and no 2 units will be the same.CFD's computer is not done yet so he doesn't have the new fire units yet so those videos displaying patterns will be new when revealed. goog
Talk about rocket science! You did awesome on the general duty, Buddy. Thanks amigo,I learnt from the master...it was a joint effort as all the lights but the lightbar was your hard work.As far as the Quantum physics chat in the video, that must have been me recording my daily thoughts aloud while recording the video...I wish ha ha.It was the dribble that the local radio station plays after the hockey post game talk.I inadvertantly left it on and as soon as you record with fraps,it picks up any audio. Can you imagine if it was porn audio playing while showing the car off...oh ya ...yes...lol

goog
cool lighting of the rcmp tomar bar unit C F D, hey goog is the going to be an Opticom system on the fire and ems units? We'll think about it,I was talking to a more script knowlegeable guy,he said it is possible but will require ALOT of work. The lighting on our rigs have them but we would just have to make it so all the lights would change to green when a first responder approaches an intersection. Semper Fidelis
@ Goog, C.F.DHi Guys,Can any of you tell me that will the mod incude new missions. If yes what missions ?Thank u.
C.F.D
No missions like the LA mod if that is what you're talking about. Just 911 calls with different kinds of ramifications and scenario difficulties for each of the emergency services branch. It's probable that the map will be designed for multiplayer like the Manhattan mod, but I'm pretty sure that it'll work for offline freeplay mode, not too sure. Teamwork is vital to handle the calls though. Its still premature to say what the map will consists of.

C.F.D
@ Ausavin - If I remember correctly a few months ago Todd posted two photos of Surrey Google map and on it had a zone layout indicating the area that we should base the map on, along with other possible route markers. It was agreeded upon that the map zones will have a break down of : 20 % Residentional, 10 % industrial, 30 % commercial ( downtown), 25 % Parks and recreational ( beach, park and creeks surrounded by forrestry landmarks) and lastly 25 % of highways and Rual roads. That's the plan at least...
MrMitch
Adding on to what CFD said, we are looking at basically creating realistic scenarios for their respective areas. Industrial incidents might have Hazmat incidents and the Highways might have car crashes and car fires. Thats what we plan on doing anyway, it might change as everything usually does. Industrial incidents might have Hazmat incidents and the Highways might have car crashes and car fires.Thats what we plan on doing anyway, it might change as everything usually does. You should really try to stick to that idea though. It would be nice if we could see a difference in areas such as residential and commercial. In addition having chemical fires would be nice because I think the hazardous units rarely get used as it stands.
