No one said it doesnt take priority, but I dont know if I would say he was using due regard. He just saw a Semi and two big ass trucks come through the intersection in an area that was being used to film stunts. Obviously there was little to no time to shut down production seeing as Optimus Prime had come around the corner seconds before. Also, if emergency personnel are approaching the intersection when they have a red light, isn't it the responding units duty to yield until he deems it safe to proceed? From the looks of it, the officer had a red light and did not yield even though with the massive crowds around, he likley would not have had a clear enough view to watch for oncoming traffic. What if that crash had been the deciding factor in a life or death situation? Cutting through a closed road for a movie set is a bit more unpredictable then cutting through a road closed for say road construction, a water main break, or any other condition which a road may normally be closed for.

lol I got a rant like that for you. One night I stepped out on my balcony to smoke about 5 AM or so as I heard some commotion out side and hadnt had a smoke for a bit anyways. Well I was led to believe there had been some car break ins in the area recently. Well there are two shitheads mashing a tv in the parking lot. I said WTF, and i think they heard me and took off running. There was glass smashed all over the parking lot. Well I assumed it was kids just being kids BUT with recent break ins I wanted to report it just to be safe. Long story short I told dispatch twice they were smashing a tv between this address and that address. She asks which direction where they heading. I said south past the office. Well I was just about to come in when I seen a cop car speed through the parking lot. He loops around twice and then stops and gets out to walk up towards the office. I walk over there and tell him I called it in, and what happened. He told me that the dispatcher told him that they broke in to the office and stole a tv. So why arent we over there blowing them up or raiding there hide outs? As for the bomb, look on the bright side, maybe UPS will be more careful with packages.

Well I dont know that comfort is the right word, but more so a goal. I wouldnt consider myself back in terms of modding, yet. I do have a few little things I need to do. I was working on reorganizing the FS scripts by changing things like Engine01 to Engine 17(for example) to make it easier to track what unit is being used in which bay, and I might even follow an idea TexasDPS threw out awhile back about splitting each station in to its own script. Again that would make it easier for me, and easier for others, but I dont think I am going to follow through with that stuff until the others have finished there work. Oh and Kookas had PC Problems about a month ago so two team members went down with PC Problems.

It looks like they screw up on the ESD Patch as both are Deluxe versions.

Well there has been a few problems. Good news: After 2 months of not replying to my PMs Helljumper FINALLY notified me the Quint is in the final stages of being skinned. I believe its in the 80% range atm. Bad News: First and foremost, I havent been on because I have just been burnt out on modding atm. However, my work on the submod is done. Problem is I need some one to update the lights for me: Conroy - He was working on this, then his video card died. Then he was supposed to be working on it again, and I havent heard from him. CFD - Despite my request for his help, he turned me down to work on the NY Submod. Occram - He was supposed to be working on this as well, but I do not recall what his status is. He may have been waiting for me to send him more units, or I might have been waiting on him to finish the files. Kookas - He PMed me some time ago asking me if I still needed models. I said yes, and asked him if he still knew what models I needed. Communication ceased after that. This is not to flame any one, but just to let you guys know I dont want to release the project short of what my intentions were, but at this stage it is out of my hands.

How is it possible for some to refuse extradition? Guy murdered a 70+ year old lady, stole her vehicle, and got picked up in Illinois about an hour or so from here, and is refusing extradition to face murder charges here. He already was wanted on several warrants where he was picked up in Illinois, one for GTA, so how the hell does he get to refuse?

The models look good but just seems pointless putting so many Federal units in the mod unless you guys can add new mission in freeplay?

Nothing will happen when you start the game. The script mentioned earlier will trigger lafirestationstart.script when freeplay starts. So if you want units spawning you have to go back to the original fp_freeplay.script.

If you dont mind me saying, yes it can have different styles, but I think what people are saying is they likley cant match the expectations people have for the NY Mod so why not focus on a different mod as the expectations wouldnt be as high. Otherwise people, I assume are just going to be disappointed in this mod. Maybe, maybe not. As for pics, theres plenty of cities out there I am sure that you can find pics of the units. I imagine most major cities it wont be hard to find pics. I personally have no interest in the mod at this point so it doesnt matter to me, just being fair in all. Dotn mean to take this OT just saying..

Have you looked in the EM2012 forum? All the info you needs in there.

you can try this: start(); change to: //start(); Or delete the script completely. I dont think you need the script there at all as the stock game does not use it.
