They're not known to use that model of truck, nor do they ever use red/blue combinations, or windows that tinted. Perhaps Secret Service, Homeland Security, US Marshals...? It said in the description they were responding to a 10-60, 4th alarm in Manhattan. So maybe that will give a better description on what it is?10-60 in my area is just a squad car in vicinity, so maybe someone from New York knows what 10-60 means there, would look cool in the mod.
