  1. Everything is in the first post, including a link to the bug repot topic that has all the fixes of the patch. Secondly, learn how to use the signature feature of the forum and quit putting userbars/banners in your posts. Well the 860 is faster then the 920 in most cases. Not by much, but I imagine the SSD plays a big part in it to.

  5. It is possible. I have an LAPD "Jail" and an LASD Jail in my submod. All LAPD and CHP Units take prisoners to the LAPD Jail. LASD Units go to there jail. It just takes placeing some new VOs and altering the LAtopolicestation script to reflect new parking VOs and a new spawn VO. Maybe in a future release I will see what I can do about making a more proper county jail, but for now it works..

Well I cant go in to to much detail atm, but at a guess, in your case, all you need to do is combine the files in specs and lang folder, and the script folder. http://www.prestosoft.com/edp_examdiff.asp I prefer Araxis Merge but thats a free text editor that will allow you to compare the files and show you the differences.
  7. Small update, not sure if I can get it to work, but I am trying to get police cars to stop at red lights on patrol. I have some idea of how to do this but will probably require the assistance of some one who is a bit more advanced at scripting then myself to get it working just right. Also, police cars will now turn off there head lights when they are parked at the various police stations. I am going to try to disable headlights when on standby as well.
  8. Sadly all the submods will not work with each other with out doing some work. Sadly its hard to do with the modding systems EM4 uses. Its possible to get them all working by editing certain files add combining the contents of each file the submods edit. For example AUS and LED both edit freeplaybase.xml if you install the LED Submod you wont see the units from AUS unless you combine the contents of the two freeplaybase.xml files, among other files.
  9. No problem, if the wheels show up fine in the editor, then I cant see why they dont look ok in the game. Have you rotated around the model in the editor to make sure the wheels look right from every angle?
  10. As its been said a million times before, your not going to get help. You need to bring something to the table, scripting,modeling,mapping,etc. Its a very complicated process and something you need to understand what your doing. First learn to make changes to the LA Mod and atleast show your trying to learn to model or something. The people who can make mods, are already busy.
  11. Is your log reporting any errors still?
  12. This shouldnt be a big problem these days. Originally one of the paths on the map was looped and kept repeating with out vehicles ever leaving the map. This has been fixed and I am confident this is not the case in my incidents.
  13. Meh I worked pretty hard on it the other night trying to keep my mind off things. I have sent out what I hopes to be the final beta release to those helping test. Assuming there are no other bugs besides getting the LRA and SWR to park right. I think it will be ready for release here very very soon.

  15. Use FRAPS for your screenshots. Easier for you then taking a pic, upload to pc, upload to forums, post etc. Search traffic lights. Been discussed before.
  16. Hoppah doesnt have time to pm every person with a problem. Secondly, this patch is for LA Mod 1.9, were on LA Mod 2.0. Older versions are no longer supported.
  17. There more or less flood lights and flood lights seem pointless other then the blackout mission.
  18. I had the same problem along time ago. I was forced to more or less do a clean install to fix this. Sounds like you have some left over prototypes from the old versions.
  19. I find that a little hard to believe. With out going into details, I have a Core i7 860 processor and the games loading off an SSD, and yet it still takes just under a minute to load the stock LA Mod, and about a minute to load my custom version.
  20. Exactly, you have 64 bit, Francis most likley does not.
  21. No, you need zmodeler 2 at the least. Both. NY City uses F-450s so the NY Mod is using an F-450 model.
  22. Well we dont know what submods your referring to, so its hard to say, but Hoppah stated with the release of the new patch it was best to do a clean install of the la mod, install the patch, then install your submods again.
  23. Nope Vice Versa - SWR2/LRA2 is the turn to. SWR/LRA is the actual parking VO. I have triple checked them agaisnt the Crane, for example, and the crane works perfect under using the same settings.
