nobody can help you more than that,this is a pretty simple step...

mods folder contains la mod folder/copy and paste contents here over the la mod folder

I have downloaded the contents of the police unit upgrade to 2.1, but it didnt replace the old folders and they arent folders its a picture of a mini 911 first responders logo on a file paper. Will it work?

open it/extract it like I said/enjoy it

open with winrar program or winzip

It doesn't matter what one you use,EM4 or 911 First Responders...the only difference is one will be in a sixteen tons folder and the other will be in a wizardworks folder.

You still have to do what I've been telling you for the previous posts.This is a pretty simple task to copy and paste the folder in the directory,other than that I don't know how else I can help you if you can't do that.

well i did wht the folder said and copy and pasted the folders in to the same folders in the em4 files....still no units

thats what ive been doing....they havent been showing up

Start with fresh copy of LAmod 2.0 or 2.1,download additional units submod then copy and paste LA mod police units upgrade to the folder as above.

Don't mix with other submods!! (unless you know what your doing). Our vehicles are not the same as the original LA mod.

maybe thats the problem. ive been getting this thing called a prototype box showing up when i call for units. and when i play freepay i dont get all the cars i tried to download. and i was dragging and dropping the files...maybe that was another problem. i havent played in 2 years so i kinda forgot how this goes

Which files would I have to remove to keep the LAPD Car the same Because for some odd reason it isn't "Built" correctly. Like the front doors are on top of the back doors.

This means that you have loaded something wrong into the game... are you sure your using the additional units submod in with this?

No I do not have Additional Units installed. Whoops:P I will uninstall then restall LA Mod and then Install Additional Units Submod and then install the new skins.
