    Just out of curiosity if someone does private map edits and streams it to YouTube or Twitch is that gonna annoy you? They wouldn't release it obviously

    I know your not really keen on doing new scripts but would be cool if EMS Captains could Triage a large number of patients.

    The only audio not changing I know of is like hoses being super loud even when stuff is turned way down

    Yea it does feel a bit bigger but nope still same size

    Maps can't be bigger than the default map really (including La) think only difference is if it's a campaign map
