Some times. Some times you have to shoot them a few times then you can arrest them and other times I had no choice but to shoot untill they were down.

If I remember correctley you can only have a max of 4 connections, any more then that will cause crashes. If you need more details search the forum and you should find more details.

Why would you want videos of sounds? For any one not sure how to use these sirens just go the tutorials section of this forum and hoopah explains it quite well. Just keep in mind siren.script is for the original game, but renamed to lasiren.script is for the la mod.

http://www.sharebee.com/ is a good file sharing site. You upload it to there site then they upload it to 5 different hosts. Those hosts are rapidshare, megaupload, DepositFiles, zshare and Badongo, so you basically have 4 back ups if it is erased from one host for whatever reason. However if your file exceed the 150 MB limit, you can always use http://www.filedropper.com/ which allows upload of 5GB files.

For me broken hydrants seem to happen very often, and any time a wreck or car fire happens a tow truck is needed. However with there being a need for more then one tow truck alot of times I can see where the station would be a bit impractical, and of course Coast Gaurd and the Pontton Bridge arent really needed in the freeplay events anyways. All the same keep up the good work! Not sure where your thread about new recks are mikey, but I was wondering if you plan on putting any wrecks involving emergencey personel in to the new map?

With out going into to many details I have a 750 GB Drive, 75 GB drive,232 GB drive, and that inside my case only. I also have one more HDD in the case not hooked up as I need longer SATA Cables. Then I have a 300 GB , and a 150 GB USB Hard Drive. When I have the fund I want to invest in a drive specifically for my OS. Possibly a Solid State Disk depending on how reliable and expensive they are at the time. On topic: I pretty much agree with Billy on the Intel side of things, but Stan, I have to agree with you it does seem ATI has the uper hand at the moment. I personally would have stuck with a reliable seagate or a western digital on the hard drive front, although the newsamsun spinpoints are good from what i hear.

Bama, dont quote me for truth, but I believe that if you look at a v3o you will see all the numbers. These are coordinates to tell the game what piece goes where. And I believe this is all done in the uv-mapping process. Some one else may be bale to explain it in better detail but thats what it looks like to me atleast. Have you decided on weather to do Chicago or New York yet? There seems to be a demand for both but I am pulling for Chicago

If you read the last page or two of the topic he has stopped the fed mod, but will be passing them on to hoopah for LA Mod 1.9 or releasing them as a sub mod. I think there done hes just not making more federal units.

Shane out of curiosity when do you find use for the USAR truck lighting, or the flood lights at all for that matter? At current the only time i find flood lights to be of use is on the hacker mission when the city has no power.

The piratebay is great for many things but i am willing to bet a large majority here has no clue how to use bittorrent. Not to mention the fact of having to rely on seeders, and the speed would probably be rather lack luster.

Indeed building is usually the more cost effective measure. Thats a pretty nice build there Billy. Overclockers is very reliable from what I have heard. Probably the top online shop in the UK for PC parts. To add on to his point, avoid large retail chains. Although regional chains arent that bad. Please site some examples, because in my experience, and i throw builds together for people from time to time, there is always more bang for the buck on a custom build. Not to mention with a Dell(for example) you get what you get. You might be able to choose between an ATI or Nvidia gfx chip depending on your build. You may be bale to choose between 2,3,and 4 GB of RAM. You may get to choose between a 1TB hard drive or a 2 TB hard drive. The thing is your not choosing weather you want a Seagate,Western Digital Hard Drive, which are top quality drives usually, compared to what ever Dell choose to throw in there because they got a good deal on them. Not to mention the ability to over clock if you want, choosing your cooling methods, choosing your case, and nice cable managment. I built my rig back in December and with the i7 cpu chips growing more and more popular, of course Core 2 builds are getting cheaper, but anyways: Mozart TX Case Asus P5N-D Mobo Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 4GB Patriot RAM EVGA Nvidia 900GTX+ Pioneer 115 DBK Seagate 750 GB Hard Drive Corsair HX520 W Modular PSU All that for a bit over $1,000 USD. My guess is www.newegg.com and possibly a few pieces from www.TigerDirect.com @Rulerz, thats a pretty tight budget to work with. £100 will not get you much. I will see whats possible.

If I am correct the hazard lights dont actually serve a function. There just a cosmetic thing. Maybe I could replace the script for the hazard lights with the redirect script? Of course a few alterations will likely be needed, but wouldn't this be possible?

Is it possible to use both redirect lights and flood lights on say an ALS Ambulance? It doesnt seem possible since there both considered special lights but maybe i missed something.. Thanks for all your help so far guys!
