  1. It's a good game... Will improve once people can mod, especially the police cars
  2. Thing the MCU just drops off people without medical persons required to take them off... You'dneed either return and fetch more scripts, OR one where it pulls in, empties persons and htne respwans without the persons. The reason it isn't able to originally is beause when it arrives, the paramedics with the stretcher exit, and move into the delete point at the hospital. This then respawns new paramedics who get back in the ambulance. The MCU doesn't force the body to stay with it's paramedic
  3. I'd say if you cut out a road or two, then it'd have the rural fit a little more. That's just my personal opinion obviously, but otherwise, I like the layout

  5. Your best bet, is look at a mod like Hoppah's LA Mod, look through the .script files (open with Notepad, or notepad++) and then see what you can gather from it. This is one of the easier languages to learn, so pick through and try to find out what you can and can't figure out.. Check the map for corresponding obejcts and you'll start to figure out how to put in what items can do this and blah blah blah. Like for instance, to call a person from the side door would require a spawn point for persons, as well as a button. You make the script so when said button is pushed, Unit ZYX spawns at said point and moves forward to wherever, say to get into a truck. You'd need to identify the units, points and button, then tell the computer what to do. Sounds confusing, but after a while you'll catch on.. I'd recommend looking at his station script first. Just learn how to create a spawn point for that unit and a buttom to make him go back there That's the easiet one probably for you to learn. Nothing super complicated... After that, you can learn to make the doors move, and then learn how to create units to run to it, etc etc. After a while, you're doing good!

  7. Well, by most people on this island, it's referred to as RCAF still instead of air force, or CFAC or whatever other names there are for it. Therefore I chose the local name for it still instead of the official name... Twas not an error on my part, more of an intentional mis-naming

  9. Small issue arose, I accidentally killed the impala slicktop version, which is good sorta, since there is about two in service, therefore the charger and regular impalas are the way to go. So just cross that one off your lists

Well that's how it is to get it, I'm sure someone here could do it for you, but it defeats the purpose, because A you'll never learn how to do something so ery basic for a game that you will want to mod, and B you'll learn to rely on us to do everything for you, which is bad in it's own sense.

  12. Just a little update on my progress. No I haven't forgotten about this mod in amongst another one... I am working on finishing the animations for the Ladder, and I'm mapping the Pumper now... If they look well, I may have them ready and pictured soon! Also, I have everything in the TEC department done and ready to be played with, so that's another little tidbit for ya guys

In all seriousness, you're not getting someone to make you a modl, your best bet is to find one and use it personally, we with the ability to do so won't because it's not a quick easy task, therefore people don't do it for personl mods, only for releasing mods usually
  14. That is an old old old picture, and it was also put together in the editor, and is not real, that many cars would make your game cry
  15. Just as a reference point, half th epoeple that start mods will reskina few units other people made, and make a load of graphics and what not, yet enver produce a mod... This doesn't mean they knew anything about modding, just that they can look like they are doing something
  16. Keep in mind, the rain levels aren't as high as they were in the roginial game (if I recall correctly) since in Los Angeles it isn't always raining!
  17. This game continues on the HP2 legacy style instead of the HS style., but it is more open... I really hate the police siren, and in my opinion, there could really be a few feature adjustments, like I don't want an EMP, I want a backup cruiser! Otherwise, I give this game a 9.8/10

  19. I think They had it good with the High Stakes Era, that was my favourite, and HP 2 wasn't too bad either. Once they cut that out, it was a dying game... They redeemed themselves a little though. If you look back at NFS:HS, the entire game was modded through third party programs, I don't think a single was official, so give it some time, and maybe we'll see some tools, over all though, I'm not entirely upset with the units in the game. Mind you I'd like a few reskins for say my city, but its looking promising so far

  22. If you want to model the new trucks, well you are best to go ahead and check Hoppahs Zmodeller 2 tutorials on creating models and editting UVs, that should help with getting started! Map making is a lot of work, and can't really be taught to a great extent, just learned. Your best bet is to load up a map in the editor and play with it for a bit, just to see how everything works, and what is on a map, see if you can figure out what certain things do, if you can't just Ask here and we can help you. As for missions, that involves map work and Scripting. That's for the more advanced levels. I'd say work on the first two topics, then missions after once you have a base to build on. I started 7 years ago reskinning, then I moved to this game and started making minor edits, be it to models or in the editor, then just gradulaly learned and increased my knowledge. Should be able to do well soon if you work at it!
  23. Just to let everyone know, the age I'm turning today isn't infact the one on this site, it changes every year.. This year I thought I'd turn 18, last year I turned 99... I do not reveal my true age here ;)
