Check your sources next time, because there is no mod about Utica yet. New York State is not the same as New York City, something you obvisously didn't know yet. I think a lot of Europian people never heard of state of New York btw.Ontopic:Ideas can only be realized if you have some capabilities too, like 3D-modelling. This topic doesn't really motivate people to begin an Utica mod, does it? Most people don't know anything about Utica, so why would they start this mod?
