Expand I think section 5 of the ToS answers your question. Plus you're not new at all, you joined in 2014... Even if you were, you would've just agreed to the ToS so should at least be aware of them. Expand I department around my area just put a BC rig like this in service and they love it, they carry tons of rehab supplies and SCBA bottles, stuff that's in high demand on scenes where the BC will be there for a long time like structure fires.
