I had the same problem in the mod that I created and I found that it was the textures that were not named right. Hope that this helps. In the left column you probably have aligned corners with a circle filled in next to it.Change this to custom and see if it works. If its set to custom already then try aligner corners instead. Otherwise I'll have to warn you which I don't want to. And well the point is you wouldn't be able to make modifications for Emergency 4 for one simple reason, cars don't have interiors and they are 7000- polygons.
