  1. Also, here's some more mods I think you'd enjoy... Be careful, I think the light mod may screw up some stuff so if you use it back up your original mods incase you don't like the outcome. And check out some of the other stuff in the downloads section, there's some pretty cool stuff there.

  2. Hey everyone, I downloaded helljumper's fire apparatus pack in the download section to check out the models and see if I could use any of them, but the majority are in the .z3d format used by zmodeler and unfortunately not supported by blender. Would anybody be able to convert them to a format supported by blender for me?

These questions may have been already addressed and answered, so I respectfully ask for patience. While playing Emergency 4 in "Endless Game" mode (with Hoppa's "L.A. Mod"), I am asking the following questions:

    1) Endless Game mode runs awfully fast - sometimes I have more incidents to handle than I can reasonably complete. Is there a way to "slow down" the pace of the dispatcher?

    2) In line with the above, is there a certain time limit that the paramedic requires for treating a victim?  Should the paramedic "treat" the victim for 15 to 30 seconds to simulate treatment, or can I bring in the stretcher carriers immediately after treatment has begun?

    3) If an emergency unit (assigned to station #1 or #2) is destroyed, do I get replacement unit from the equipment pool? Will it return to the the original unit's station for responses?

    1)

     Should be somewhere in there

2)The victim can be taken away right after the paramedic begins treatment. But be careful, if the red bar is below a certain point the victim can possibly die before getting to the hospital.

3)Yeah, you can replace units from both stations with other units from the unit pool as long as it is the same type of vehicle.

  4. So, I'm from the United States of America, and I've noticed that our Fire engines, ambos, and police units look a lot different from European ones.

Mainly ours are a lot bigger while European ones are more sleek and compact. And American emergency vehicles are usually lit up like Christmas trees while in the rest of the world they only have a few lights. Theres a few more differences too but I can't think of them right now.

So is there any real reason to this? Or is it just how it is?

  5. So I completed 1311 which is the original's older version, and a more advanced version 1322.

Credits go to me for the base model, and emc-unit for the lightbars.

  6. Hey guys, so i'm making a few new models right now, but have run into some trouble. I just finished the first one a couple days ago, and I ended up making 2 UV maps. one for the cab and one for the body of the rig. The problem is that in the game, it seems that only the cab is textured, and the body is not even visible. Oddly enough, if I turn on alpha reflections then I can see the body of the rig but it is pitch black. The .v3o file has both the textures in it as well as their assigned materials. Note that I am using blender.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. Had to redo the UV maps.

  7. Sorry for bumping a 2 year old topic but I'm the owner of this topic and this post really does make the best sense to be here anyways.

Soooooooooooo......     Long time no see eh? I'm kinda sorry that this mod ended up dieing, my skillset just was not good enough for what I wanted to do. Anyhow, I found an old copy of this mod on my PC today, and I have no use for it so I was going to put it up here. If Anyone wants to finish it feel free. Squad 65 has offered to finish it he is now the lead modder

But first I really want to get these credits out there because the people that helped me do what I could were incredibly helpful and I really want to thank them

Thanks to Saardlard, Willowfork fire capt., Rafael and Hoppah

And Special thanks to MikeyPI, Emc-unit, and especially Itchboy for all the amazing help and knowledge they gave me.

GetStryker seems like it should work fine. Same with the rest of the codes.

Did you assign the ICH_HAB_TRAGE to your ambulances? The script uses those dummy commands for assigning which vehicles have stretchers.

Hey, I got it to the point where a paramedic can get the stryker from an ambulance, and pick somebody up with it. But when they do pick somebody up the injured is put on the stretcher, and the paramedic picks them up onto their back aswell as if the stryker weren't there. They can still transport to the hospital though so it's ok I guess.

I have my supervisor videos stored in the base game folder. Data/Lang/de/Supervisor. Try putting it there but make sure you back up the originals.

Some screenshots would help with the stretcher script. I dont see why it wouldnt work in the way you described it. Maybe something with the script is broken.

Here's the screenshots of the script

  10. Hi everyone, So as we all know emergency 4 deluxe was released on Steam. Only having 911: First responders I decided I would buy it and finally get to try out the few campaign and freeplay missions I missed, And It's great!

I'm starting my mods folder from scratch as my old one was a complete mess, and I decided that instead of downloading a bunch of different mods, I'd just take the LA mod as a base like so many people do, and every week add something new, I figure if I keep with this, then in a few months I will have pretty much every feature I want all in one mod, instead of having to pick one that only has a few out of all that I want.

I've already downloaded a light mod, and am currently editing that to my liking, adding models, making skins, adding the water supply mod, adding a few more scripts from my favorite mods.

I wanted to ask that if anyone had any ideas as to what else I could add to make it even better, then please share!

Also, I've got a couple questions...

    1. in the regular emergency 4/911FR it was easy to change the freeplay mission callout videos, but in the deluxe version I can't seem to be able to change them, is there a more advanced way that I'm missing?

    2. I downloaded the stryker script, but I don't know how to install it. I added the model and prototype into the proper folders, and gave the ff/EMT and ff/PM the get stryker commands, but the commands don't show up ingame.
