  1. Looks really nice. Where in Europe does this mod take place? Really liking the volunteer personell script. Where did you get this?
  2. Release day is November 28. http://em5.world-of-emergency.com/news/2014-10-28/14-new_release_date_emergency_5 So its actually 26 days left.
  3. He is. Well....technically I'm the one making it but it will be in Montana v2.
  4. Well.....they couldve modified the .v3o and then put it to use as a vehicle in the prototype editor. Just wait for the authors to answer your question.
  5. Unless they removed the wheels from the original model and put them back on as separate and working wheels.
  6. When EM4 came out, it took several years for actually good mods to come out. Most of the early mods were just skins. Many people only started modding once several authors who mastered the capabilities and limits of the game released several "pivotal" mods. For EM4, especially on this site, that would be the Los Angeles Mod by Hoppah. A lot of new mods coming out are based from the groundbreaking (at the time) content that was created for that mod. Once EM5 comes out, I am pretty sure it would take quite a long time for us to begin to grasp the capabilities and limits of it. Perhaps a year or so before a major mod with many changes to the original content would come out. Most seasoned authors of EM4 mods would have to learn everything they know from scratch when upgrading to EM5. THE BOTTOM LINE: EM5 is way better than EM4 in many ways. But it will take a lot of time for modders to fully utilize the EM5 editor. EM5 will be released at the end of the month. Learning to mod any game takes much longer than that, so learning how to mod EM4 well is sorta out of the question. Starting on modding EM4 is quite easy though due to the vast amount of content available for download here and on other websites. But you can choose to learn EM5 when it comes out and mastering it completely. You can then use your experience and knowledge to create an awesome mod that could jump start the EM5 modding scene around the world. At the end of the day, it is your call on what you want to do with your time.
  7. Wrong topic. Is this for EM4, specifically the WHITE unit selector screen? If you are using Intel cards, this is apparently unfixable. More info: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/topic/16308-blank-white-unit-icons/page-2#entry229159

  9. White Impala = Unmarked car? A suggestion also. It would look cooler if they had spotlights, antennas and other equipment on them.
  10. Yeah it appears to be the one from that mod. Model originally by helijumper. So far, two strikes on the vehicles including my own claim.
  11. Some of these appear to be from my LA Police Upgrade mod. Specifically, the Caprice, Taurus, HD Charger skin and Tahoe. CFD only allowed me to use and release his lightbars, antennas and spotlights. Do you have his permission for release? Besides this, you have basically taken the skins I made for my vehicle pack and simply replaced the LAPD and LASD logos. At least change it to something more original. Even the roof numbers are the same. You do get my permission to use the models I made/converted.

    Taser X26

    Version 1.0

    481 downloads

I made this while I was bored. Its the Taser X26 used widely by police and law enforcement around the world. Model scratch by me. Textures found from around the web. Included only are the model and texture file. Credit me if you use this in your mod.
  13. http://nrw-modifications.com/filebase/index.php/Entry/132-USA-Mack-Engine/ There are also several old school US vehicles availble for download there.
  14. I like what you did with my ambulances. Always wanted to have my own factory of ambulance makers. I also like the backstories of each vehicle in the Facebook page.
  15. Goog1967 and the RCMP mod team are going to do that. http://forum.emergency-planet.com/topic/14957-la-mod-20-police-unit-upgradenew-fire-engine-pics-added/?p=267332
  16. Don't tase me bro! Just a little something I made while waiting for my college's online enrollment. Not really a car but I think it could be useful for the taser script. Download me here for only 0 payments of $24.99
  17. For some reason, I am unable to send you any PMs.
  18. Did you give the freeplay map spawn points in the Map Properties Menu? Or is this referring to the backup call commands?
  19. The german forums have this: http://www.emergency-forum.de/index.php?page=DatabaseItem&id=2218 But you have to create the ambulance box yourself.
  20. Unfortunately no. Freeplay is limited to just one hostage taker. The hostages can be as many as you like though.
  21. The yellow green hybrid thats being pulled over? By Ubisoft converted and converted by me.
  22. I'm also giving you options: P.S. The front parts on that new one are all 3D
  23. Hands down, the best anyone's made out of my Tahoe model.
  24. Thanks for the advice guys. I have fixed my issue by adding some compensation to the mapping (moving it a bit to the left than intended), which is explained by what Hoppah said about the mapping being rounded off. I never thought that the numbers in the .v3o file could have meant that much to appearances. Thanks also to EmC and bma for trying to help also.
  25. How are you doing this? Using a mission script or is it in freeplay?
