  2. Probably won't do LA County. There aren't any LA County FF's in the game. Unless someone wants to make new person skins and send them to me. I choose my engines through google. What I can find when I google LAFD Fire Engine is what I make. Light preview of the new engines and other vehicles Lights on Engines and LAXPD Caprice by Flnn Rescue with some edits by me.All other vehicles were lighted 100% by me

    This is a set of blank fire truck cabs. Made for easy modding and reworking in your preferred mesh editor. All models have 4 doors. Perfect for North American themed mods. The following are included: Pierce Arrow XT Pierce Dash Seagrave Marauder KME Predator (available in flat or raised roof) Credit me if you use any of these cabs in your mod. Additionally, Hoppah should be credited for the misc parts on the cabs.
  5. He hasn't been active in his site either. Last update was last year. The question is "is he even still in the internet?" I'll give it a try. He has an email adress I think thats posted on his site. Every FD unit completed so far.
  6. Would it be rude to try to contact Mike and ask for help? I'd do fictional but it would be a pain in the ass having to re animate the model once I finish it. And it would bug me every time I see it that "this has been faked".
  7. Thanks for the pics. I've seen both already and they only give marginal info on what's up there. How did Hoppah even make the original models anyway with such little info?
  8. If you've played the Copanhagen mod 1.1, you'd see. Its the most awesomesauce thing to come out of EMP and few are aware of it. Its basically bma's brand new set of callouts that replace the original freeplay events. The possiblities are endless, but is a pain to script and requires massive map edits. RCMP has implemented his script and taken it one step further by combining it with mission script capabilities.
  9. You theoretically could have him bring his custom callout script to your mod. That would be so epic.
  10. Looks cool but serves no purpose to the game unfortunately. The HAZMAT also already has floodlight animations and it is a complete pain in the ass having 4 different animations for the flooodlight and the awning. I've reworked the model because of the part thats cutout from the rear of the HAZMAT. Anyone have top view pics of the HAZMAT? I need info on whats in the roof part of the rear portion.
  11. The model used by LA mod is quite different than that. I'll still add the ladder anyway. Retractable awing? Whats this? Yes but that is off limits to the public. MikeyPI does not allow usage in other mods.
  12. Wanted to go for some variety between the Hazmat and USAR trucks. Both trucks still WIP. Animations for the floodlight are planned.
  13. Ambulance 39 is not part of my vehicles. Not my problem. As I said many many times befrore you need to edit your LA mod to get my vehicles to work. I won't tell you how. There are so many tutorials on this site that teach you how to edit. Find them and start working. USAR WIP
  14. Messaged you. I'm afraid my pack isn't gonna make it into Episode 101. The pack isn't even done yet. It can't be played ingame unfortuanely. Maybe a mentioning and showing of pics would be possible. Adding a 5th engine is something I can do. Here's a pic of every engine created so far.
  15. That would be it. Probably has something to do with the fact that NYC Mod vehicles have no driver's side 'special door' which spawns the officer on the left side of the vehicle. When the suspect shoots, the officers end up shooting their own car instead. Montana mod had this issue, so I corrected it with a little piece of code. Figure it out guys. Everybody, please don't PM Hoppah.
  16. You would have to give the locker a firehose in the editor. Look at EM4's Oil Rig Mission. The player can take fire hoses from the red boxes on the walls oil rig. Throwing this out as a hint for anyone having difficulty with the mission. Looking at the code, it appears that the getFirehose commands allows for the person caller to get equipment from vehicles and objects. For whatever equipment script you have, you need to set the possible target as vehicle and object.
  17. I think the game is hardcoded to target specific places on a vehicle. You can theoretically change it this way though using a script: Declare person as caller, vehicle as target Person moves to vehicle, target on vehicle could be any of the following TARGET_ANY, TARGET_EQUIPMENTDOOR, TARGET_SHEARSDOOR, TARGET_PASSENGERDOOR, TARGET_REARDOOR, TARGET_FIREHOSE_HOOKUP, TARGET_ENGINE, TARGET_EXTINGUISH, TARGET_ENGINE_EXTINGUISH, TARGET_DLK_BASKET, TARGET_LOADUP, TARGET_DLK_BASKET_BASE, TARGET_TREATMENT, TARGET_UNLOAD, TARGET_ENTRY_WINDOW, TARGET_INSTALL_FGRB, TARGET_DLK_EXTINGUISH, TARGET_FREE_CONNECTOR, TARGET_RANDOM, Person does whatever thing you want him to do. Enter car, or get a certain equipment. You can make custom equipment by looking at the code for the LA Mod ballistic shield, traffic cones and flares.
  18. So this is the metal 'roof' placed above the hoses? A screenshot would help me understand. Its alright. I was confused too when you mentioned the Seagrave. Haven't touched the model since February.

  20. Thanks Alex. Congrats on the 100th. I wish we could've finished the RCMP mod in time for it. Maybe my vehicles could make it into the next 100 videos. Both engines done.

  22. None of the pics you gave were of this specific unit. I chose not to do the Ram because its an older model which no one has put ingame or modelled in this community. This specific unit looks like its still in a shop. It isn't even done yet lol. Why did I even consider making it now.
  23. Yes, the new KME, Seagrave + old Pierce engines, and possibly the older Seagrave engine. It could be 4 or 5. This doens't include the USAR or Hazmat, which would bring the counter to 6 or 7. ...and to think I just made a Brush Truck ...they make a new one and I'm gonna have to make this one too.
