Because I started three threads I dont get permission? That actually had nothing to do with it as it was just the rules at the time. None the less there was actually a reason for this. The first thread started off as LA reskins. The second was a rather universal reskin(applies here,LA and plenty more places I am sure), but did it for personnel use. The third of which I needed a separate topic to keep the topic focused on that unit and that unit alone as it was a local reskin and I was setting out to start my mod. The last one I needed some feedback about equipment and such and not just weather people like my reskin. Well at the time reskins werent allowed so what difference would it make? Plus you checked the thread at that. You may not read every topic but you atleast read "My Reskins" as you have posted in there. Furthermore I asked in the copyright thread and you ignored my request. I was the reason you changed it, but I just skimmed over it and dont see anything about LA reskins being bale to be released so long as it gets your approval. Nor did I say I expect you to, just didnt know you suddenly changed your mind. Depending on where the reskins is from I may keep it in an existing topic.

Um, I dont get it. Not to start an argument, but when I reskined the LAPD SUV to match an EMS Supervisor from the LA area you denied me permission, but yet this does get permission. Isnt that kind of a double standard?

Are you running patch 2? I didnt have nay problems with the tower, just the plain. Its a matter of lining up the truck right in most cases.

As far as I know axis go beyond said app and are universally the same.

EXE Installer worked great btw on Vista x86.

Good question. A quick google search said soemthing about a helicopter and water so are you wanting coast gaurd water rescues? If so its not possible.

No but you can use the exe installer which is just as easy.

Check the tutorials section and the search feature.

You wana stop in Indiana and grab some pics for me of the trucks from the station near by? It only about 14 hours from Manhattan.

There is a hit and run already. Not sure if its an LA Mod or EM 4 Deluxe(or both) thing, but basically in freeplay the car drives erratically running over any pedestrians in there way. You have to dispatch a helicopter to follow it, then the criminal runs off.

Search for "crash to desktop" and check the FAQ forum. A few things off the top of my head, make your log file read only. If running it on vista, set it to run on one core if you have a multi core processor. Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card. I experienced a ctd on the concert in open ground mission with vista. None of the fixes worked except updating gfx card drivers.

Notepad2 is my personal preference, and its free. Photoshop has the plug in already I believe. Atleast PS7 did. No buildings are placed using the game editor which came with the game.

Yeah I didnt even bother with it, but i doubt it can do anything super impressive. For example i doubt it would be able to make a script like hoopahs for the heavy rescue crane.

Actually there is a script generator but its in german(i think) so it wouldnt be of much use to you. I dont personally see how such a thing can exist but it does. From what I have seen on the script wiki the code is in english just not the descriptions so a translator should be fine.

I think your right because the water tender when i have used it, seems to really knock out a fire quiker then an pumper does.

Just wondering but do the various pumpers in the mod actually differ in terms of the deck guns power? For example the crash tenders deck gun is twice as loud as the ALS Engines deck gun, but does the crash tender actually produce more water making it more effective, or is it merely meant to sound this way?

Its the LA Mod Deluxe Freeplay Map. You have to have EM4 Deluxe to use it.

lol wow that was alot mike, but thanks for the super informative answers. In terms of the loud speaker, maybe thats what it was( a speaker over the pump). I was referring to a few weeks ago my friend/neighbor had an accidental of on a legal script of zanax. Theres a fire station near by and so the FD was first on scene. Here Fire Depts provide low level bls till AMR arrives, and the FD had the radio broadcasting out loud, but every FF on scene was inside his apartment except when one went to grab a back board and c-collar I believe.
