    As far as lights on POVs, they'd have to make a decision for either blue, green, or red/white. It varies across the U.S.

    Print Screen requires one to pop in and out of EM4. Fraps is easier, as it allows you to screenshot by pressing a button. Fraps will save the file and then you can review it later.

    On the docks, you'll find a crate (I think its red). On the ground in front of the crate, there is a yellow arrow pointing it. Move the crate with the crane or a towtruck, and you will find an item beneath it. Have a person pick up the item, and you get a large sum of money. So who is the Mysterious V Man then?

    I found MikeyPI! In front of the liquor store at the mall, there's a man standing in a black suit. Click him and it should say he's a Secret Service Agent, but you can't control him. Arrest him, and you get a message stating that you found MikeyPI. So now, we know that there is Voodoo and Mikey. Perhaps there is a Hoppah and Newfoundking as well?
