    Does anyone have a model of a 1997 Ford ambulance I can use? Or know if its contained in a mod? Skinned or not, doesn't matter. Also, what programs are used to skin? I'm aware Paint.NET is, but are there any others?

    Yeah. If your graphics card can't handle the mod, that's what happens. It happens on my laptop.

    Hose is drawn in with Paint, correct? Or is there some way to use hose in the editor that I'm not familiar with?
