You could go to the properties section of the doc (Right click) and go to security, and then edit, and give your account full access.

Windows 7 (home version I think) comes with a bug stopping the user editing program files, even if you set the properties to read-write enable, it just locks back to read only, so yeah I do what marshall said

Just delete the freeplay.e4m from the mod Maps folder. That will revert to basic em4

where can i download the manhatten mod from as i tried the version 1 on 4shared and i get this message please send me the files as I really want to try this one out! Sorry, the file link that you requested is not valid.

I noticed a large number of maps in the maps folder in Manhattan Mod v1. Are any of them playable on freeplay that would allow me to play the game with less lag and bugs? If so, could you tell me which one? The map is the main cause of my problems with the mod so replacing it with a less RAM heavy one would be brilliant.

They are work in progress mission maps, either play on the basic em4 map (which will work) or wait for v2 SD.

But wait! There's more..

Presbyterian Hospital Ambulance, now usuable in game with all the previous ambulances, the 2 private ambulances are in SP just to add a bit of variation, whereas the Rescue Medic Ambulance has various tools, hazmat stuff and the ability to transport multiple injured people in the case of major emergencies.

The thing with these kinda things is, one comes around once a month, so people don't tend to show a huge interest (me included) until there's clear signs of development

also i put some firehouses on the map i just manuely park them like u guys do in multiplayer its easy im still lookin for the rescue's house and Duane st u guys did an amazing job cant wait for V2 and i dont lag that bad well i dont lag at all its just the recording gives me lag

We don't manually park at all now even in MP return to Firehouse works

i cannot find the manhattan mod anywere none of the dls so far work i have the ny mod but its diff the units look like they have more details in the manhattan 1.

Just tried the one on page #1.... it works fine.

The pack is just messed up, as far as I know there's no other way to get them unless you find them in a released mod, I had the same issue. Or remap them of course

Fresh Manhattan for now....still not work

What's the issue? You're trying to play campaign correct?

You want to be editing the materials.xml to increase burn time etc

I try to install Manhattan Mod with the 4share link and this is pop-up

That'll be an issue on your end, so try reinstalling the game.
