  1. I know now isn't really the time for it as obviously personal time and bug fixes take priority, but I was wondering if some of the "not started" vehicles in the asset credits are still planned like the BLS ambulance?
  2. Random question, I was looking at some of the development videos of this mod recently and wondered if it had any modern vehicles for the fire department and police (anything made past 2010 like a Ford Explorer or Tahoe) or if it was meant to have more of an early 2000s/underfunded small town feel?
  3. So I noticed earlier that private ambulances were mentioned, especially AMR and McCormick and that they might be made if some reference images could be found. Recently I stumbled upon a Facebook page which disclosed that ambulances in owned by Medtrans (AMR Corporate), weren't using the name AMR across the board until the late 90s, instead just using the original names of the ambulance companies they bought. So I found a prominent one throughout Los Angeles County at the time and that being the Goodhew Ambulance company. I'm not quite sure where the page got this info from but if you're still into the idea of private ambulances, I'll leave the link to it for you; https://www.facebook.com/NationalPrivateEMS/photos/goodhew-ambulanceearly-1900s-1993los-angeles-cafounded-by-j-h-goodhewacquired-by/10150698962387119/ Also another note from the Riverside Fire Department's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CityOfRiversideFire/posts/today-in-rfd-history-december-1-1991goodhew-ambulance-places-into-service-med-83/2014236285382693/ Also some reference images Apologies for the paragraph
  4. You could probably edit the texture of one of the German light beacons over on one of the German forums
  5. From what I remember there were a few bugs with traffic lights and returning certain vehicles to station (Like the sheriff's cars), but that's all I really remember, I'm sure there were some more bugs as well if it got pulled.
  6. I did some research and found this website: https://www.lawa.org/groups-and-divisions/airport-police/about-us/apd-history Apparently they were staffed by mostly just unarmed security, armed "Security Bureau" peace officers, and a regular sub-division of LAPD patrols pre-1984 (as seen in a few Adam-12 episodes like Squad 65 said) . So it's possible they didn't have any cars at all and just patrolled the interior of the airport while LAPD patrolled the roads, however I'm not sure given the blurry photo above.
  7. I usually just use the parking tool to force the crane to teleport over
  8. How about a 1993 Volvo 240 Wagon or a 700 Sedan. Maybe a 1991 Ford Taurus
  9. This is probably the best source as the "Gone in 60 Seconds" movie either used actual police officers and some of the police cars were purchased at auction as opposed to making them from scratch.
  10. I remember when there was a news story about how only the civilian office employees would actually drive these just for their lunch.
  11. Looks good! It always kind of felt weird seeing the tiller drive with nobody in the back, great work!
  12. In the 1970s a lot of places just used full red lightbars. But some places (especially the larger cities) either had their own style (Like the NYPD's white, yellow, and red lightbars or the Phoenix Police two red and yellow rotators) or they just used red and blue. On the other hand a lot of places in the south tended to use fully blue lightbars
  13. Try downloading the em4.cfg file from the downloads section and replacing your current one, it might be an issue with the configuration file, otherwise I have no clue.
  14. Are you right clicking to move? Left click will only de-select the unit.
  15. Is that a Dodge Monaco or a Plymouth Fury I spot in the 3rd photo or do my eyes deceive me? Also really great progress on the mod really fast, I applaud your speed and quality.
  16. I think a switcher would be a very nice addition to making the mod more well rounded and easier to use as well as it making it look way nicer. It would seem off to have a 1996 Crown Victoria and a 1981 Dodge Diplomat parked next to each other in a LAPD lot. If the player wants to integrate them they can just use the game's call menu
  17. I've found that the ALS Ambulances when called in freeplay and missions, will usually be missing one paramedic for the blue shirt ALS, and either all or none of the bunker gear ALS. Calling 2 ambulances will usually have one ambulance with 1-2 Paramedics and one empty ambulance.
  18. I never knew LAFD used German Sirens, that's pretty neat, thanks for clearing it up.
  19. Not exactly a bug but something I thought you should be aware of, some of the ALS Ambulances play the Emergency 2 Martins Horn (Fire Department) siren during the VIP Escort mission, It does not interfere with the regular siren but plays alongside it. It triggers the same way the sirens do in the base game like when the vehicle stops behind traffic or turns at an intersection. I haven't noticed it on any other maps or vehicles, just when the siren command is playing on the ALS Ambulances.
