UkMod999 Posted July 12, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 12, 2010 Today is a sad day.Today marks 1 year to Ewan Williamson who tragically lost his life while fighting a pub fire in edinburgh and also saved 22 people along with his colleagues. 70 firefighters were sent to the balmoral bar on the 12th of july 2009 at 12.38am. Ewan was going down to the basement when the floor collapsed killing him and injuring a friend.To this date we will always remember Ewan Williamson as that hero who risked his life for that 22 others who where trapped in this fire.Ewan was based at Tollcross Rest In Peace Ewan.
