Newfoundking Posted September 6, 2009 Report Share Posted September 6, 2009 Regardless if this has anything at all to do with the LA mod or not, you cannot post a download to the files, unless you made them, or receive permission from the author of the vehicle... From what I can tell, this is the original Caprice Hoppah made, therefore you'd need his permission, and it appears you also reskinned the LAPD caprice from Rihis' 90's submod.. therefore you would need permission from both authors.A download link is not allowed because it is not LA related, and Hoppah won't allow releases of submods for his mod that just change skins to another city.
