I would reccomend either placing it on the otherside of town at a house (since its volunteer, chiefs take the vehicle home) or making it spawn on the opposite end of town when dispatched.. In reality , a volunteer fire chief is usually responding from a different end of town than the rest of the fire apparatus that come from the station.. (at least near me its like this).
