In my case if you don't run the game as administrator the game opens in a black screen then freezes and it won't close with alt-f4 it must be closed with the task manager. Small bug but still if you don't think about it you may be sitting there awhile trying to figure it out. And of course the frame rate is ridiculous i get anywhere from 5-60 fps. Found an issue in the mod. The traffic lights do not allow traffic flow and then causes backups.

the logo on the doors needs to mix in a little better on the car but other than that nice skin im from wooster which is right in the middle between cleveland and columbus

Ok everyone here is a new update with the submod. whats gonna happen is that me and narco are going to finish everything that we started and finish it for 1.1 (there will be no 1.2) after that im going to put the mod on hold for the time being due to work and school but we will be back someday me and narco WILL!!!!!!!!! continue this mod later NO EXCEPTIONS be prepared for it

awesome internet explorer normally deletes the temp files

both of you need to save the file to your desktop because if you are hitting open your internet security sometimes deletes everything in the TEMP folder which includes all downloads you hit open to if you save it to your desktop it will not delete it then it should open correctly if that doesnt work i will reupload it for you
