      The problem with disabling guest accounts from posting in website support is that if, say, someone was having trouble logging in or creating a new account, that's exactly where they would ask for help.

      Oh wow. Yeah you can't disable the guest accounts from posting in there. Can you Ban the IP addresses of the guests that post the spams and stuff?
