  1. Does this mean it won't run like ****? Yes! Although I can't afford to buy a game I already have.
  2. Anyone know how to fix 'Decryption error' on MEGA? The singleplayer crashes for my EM4 so trying to download multi.
  3. I'm suffering the same issue. Will try the multi.
  4. That's embarrassing. Have been using the four firefighters inside the station to dispatch units. derp But great mod. Never seen anything at all like it; very unique. Love the noises when you call in units from RSB, when you call loads in it's like a huge alarm going off. Anyway, awesome!
  5. Jesus christ! That new map looks frickin' amazing! Awesome countryside.
  6. There are no 'EMP Laws'. They are the Terms of Service (the 'ToS') and as such they're moderating their own site. You can post links to illegal software on pirating forums because their rules allow it. You don't get sent to prison here for posting warez, just warning points or a ban. This isn't the USSR, Armin. Neither are forum moderators liable to report any use of illegal software with the law; it's not illegal to ban someone unfairly, even if it was unfair, which it wasn't.
  7. Ayyyyy don't forget me. I live just outside of Brum! And yes! EBOLA!!!
  8. I'd say it'll be a 600-800mb zip
  9. I've from the UK, but it's flew through here. Mother has pleurisy, which is caused by the flu.
  10. To be fair, you were just advising someone on the rules. I've moderated a fair few places and people like you are appreciated. Anyway.
  11. Have you actually got an EM4 mod installer? It looks like you're trying to open the mod file with WinZip, not the mod installer.
  12. Have you tried redownloading? There should be either a mod file, which are usually around 600MB, and a readme. If not there's usually just the folder, no compression such as mod files.
  13. I think the whole mod is a big fake and Bama is tricking us so we get excited. >.> Joking aside, will be awesome to play this for Christmas. Lots of rural mods coming up recently.
  14. I would love to do this. EDIT: Shit, last post was four years ago. Sorry!
  15. You purchase all of those things in the UK too, you just need a good reason. This is covered by the same sort of laws that allow you to carry knives when hiking but not when going down to the shops. I agree with the above post, though.
  16. Oh! I thought this was one of those legal things. Sorry!
  17. I don't know if it matters legally but the possessive form of 'its' remains its, not it's. I just thought maybe that would matter idk
  18. Nah, I was being silly, I didn't see Mikey's post, which said you have to ask mods >.>
  19. ^this There was a reformatting of the mods system, with new mods and concepts being placed in a separate thread. Haven't seen any released mods being transferred yet, though.
  20. True, desktops are much cheaper due to the fact all parts don't have to be custom made as such; you can quite literally shove parts in and make a computer. But, if you're set on a laptop, then go for a strong quad-cored CPU as GTA IV seems to like those. You'll also ideally want a strong graphics card, which, along with the usual 6/8GB RAM and stuff, on a laptop, will set you back easily a thousand USD. I won't suggest one as I don't know your price range, though!
