  1. Just thought I'd say I haven't played the Alpha or heard any audio so you may have perfect sirens and I am unaware! I think Plains Clothes Officers would look good in the unmarked cars. Traffic Light Failure needs a Roadwork Engineer type vehicle. Highways Agency can be used to fix things and direct traffic. Bomb Disposal would be needed for Suspicius Packages. RAF, RN or RLC would be best. The OC-D EDIT: Winchman for TEC Heli is technically an Engineer so again RAF or RN SAR
  2. Just going out on duty with St John Ambulance, bloody cold outside.

  3. Just a quick question. Have you got good quality British siren sounds? Do you have different ones for different vehicles? Its just that some of the quality of sirens in other British mods aren't that great, no offence to them, I know it is difficult to get a crisp siren sound like the original game every time. Thanks, The OC-D
  4. Man, homework sucks...

  5. Wow! Amazing! Can't wait for the next version! The OC-D
  6. A miserable middling day in England, temperature around 4ÂșC, skies grey and overcast mainly, patchy sun and showers. Some snow up North, I think.... The OC-D
  7. Sorry, didn't know that that was what you were referring to The OC-D
  8. As I replied to BARC a little while ago its probably an Ambulance Officer, they can take their cars home and have blues and twos equipped. They are used at slightly larger incidents or as an RRV when no medics available quickly. Alternatively, it could be somthign completely different like SJA or Bomb Disposal
  9. London, Metropolitan Police's BMW of Diplomatic Protection Group (CO16), containing Armed Officers. The OC-D P.S. Someone can take my go.
  10. I think option 1. I'm getting abit bored of missions that start with a car crash that hits a chemical containing lorry that crashes into a forzen lake causing a boat to catch on fire detonating a pipeline to an oil rig that then goes KABOOM! Which, is why I'm a bit dubiuous having ordered EM2012. I'd much rather see some riots, a couple of freeway crashes or high rise fires. Things that are complex but not over the top. That's my two pennies. Loving the work so far BTW. The OC-D
  11. Post Hardcore (Screamo, basically), Heavy Rock, Metal. That sort of thing. Lambourghini Miura, the original one from the beginning of the original Italian Job. The OC-D
  12. I take it this is in editor? Press and hold 'Alt' and then move it with the mouse. The OC-D
  13. Nope, I went on Mike's Photos and searched Engine 76. The OC-D
  14. Butte County California, Gridley Engine 76. The OC-D P.S. Someone else can take my go.
  15. The best way to do it is to not give them a getaway car but tor raid the building. You can do it with two LAPD officers but it can get a bit hairy. I normally use an LAPD SUV with a scout to look in the building, two SWAT officers with shields that stand around the suspect to stop him shooting and a SWAT officer with flashbang who, once he's thrown the grenade, arrests the suspect. The OC-D
  16. I know what you mean, the background is Sepia tone and the vehicles plain white and the lines of the livery don't match the angle of the ambulance. The OC-D
  17. Looking very nice! Keep it up! The OC-D

    FBI MCU

That whining type of siren that builds up and down is called a 'Q-Horn' or a 'Q-Tone'. The OC-D
  19. Written in white underneath (can't find spoiler button): Under the crate in the port with the arrow pointing at it use a crane to lift it. The OC-D
  20. They're not 'undercover', they're normally Ambulance Officers or cars for RRVs that have been kitted out basically so they can be sold quickly after use. The OC-D
  21. OK, thanks guys. Expecially to Xplorer for his essay on the subject. I guessed it depended of departments but I though I'd ask generally in case I was wrong. Many thanks, The OC-D
  22. I searched this topic and could not find an answer so here is my question, apologies if its being repeated: Why do American Ladder Trucks carry Jaws Of Life for Road Traffic Collisions? Is it to multi-role the unit as ladders are needed less or is there another purpose? As far as I know, in Britain, only Rescue Pumps and other Rescue Units carry Jaws Of Life/Hydraulic Spreaders etc. Ladders are pretty much used for their single purpose, be it Quint, Snorkle or Rescue Ladder. Many thanks, The OC-D
  23. Thanks very much, very awesome and very real. Cheers, The OC-D
  24. I have a question about the fire stations. I noticed in your video that the fire stations are stacked, i.e. one vehicle is parked behind another with just one shutter. How do you get the back vehicle out if you want it? Do you have to remove the front one first? Thanks, The OC-D
