    I don't know you should be able to install E4Mod-Files with the em4 mod-installer. Maybe try to delete Em4 completely from you computer and install it again. Then download the mod and it should work.

    Maybe the Mod-Installer is broken. Once I had the same problem and the following post in the Steam forum could help me: http://steamcommunity.com/app/323610/discussions/0/616189106451004584/?insideModal=1 Try it. If you'd still be having issues with it I would seek help in the technical support section of Em-Planet.

    Yes, I'm very aware of that. But on the other hand they could have made a better game with significant changes and still let people create mods.
