War Thunder is a great game. Even better that its free, definalety worth checking out.

I got it and think its pretty good, especially for being in development. 

I wont buy it again for $20 personally... just don't enjoy the game at all. Was neat at first, but overall just gets old very fast.

I'd take Em4 with mods over this game. I like the station game play, but it really lacks a in-depth game play on scene.

Did you search for "Em4 Editor" I believe its called. I found mine by searching, but don't remember where it was.

I personally like the idea of keeping the mod a "small town mod."

 I'd recommend slowing down call volume (I do on all my mods) and making the map feel more rural, with some more open areas with brush for grass fires and more residential. If your going to add the current station I would add a Water Tender/ Tanker. Maybe you could build a EMS station at the hospital or another part of the town with a ambulance and a supervisor.

Still German only I'm afraid. The problem is that many of the buttons in-game are pictures. What that means is that a simple edit of the .lang files doesn't translate everything.

And the images are locked, so you cant go in and edit them either.

I'm guessing it was locked by using notepad to lock the vehicle (Like the batalion chief vehicle). This post: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/topic/12463-im-going-to-stop-modding/page-2?p=170133#entry170133 explains how to unlock the model.

Its possible to adjust certain values to make it very slow, Hoppah did it in the LA Mod, he will know what to adjust.

Will this mod be like the manhattan mod and not be able to work on lower end computers? I had to play the SD version of the manhattan mod for it to work on my computer.

It should be fine. It looks to be based of the LA MOD map. The Manhattan Mod is a rare situation with very high detail on the map and vehicles. The LA Mod uses simpler models/ textures, requiring a less powerful computer.

How do I install this? I got a folder called Harbor City mod, but I don't know where to put it, I went into documents and there's no 911 first responders folder.I'm on windows 8.And my game is from gamefly.
