Hi! You'll have to use the control panel which is outside the station. Select it and you'll find a menu with several buttons. If you use the alarm command (button on the upper left if i remember correctly) it will automatically staff all the firetrucks in that station. That's the control panel Good luck!

There is probably a person still in the vehicle. You will have to call a firetruck with the jaws of life (AKA shears) and then equip those "jaws" to a firefighter. He can then rescue the person trapped inside the wreck. This person will often be severely injured so send a ambulance immediately. The USAR squad and the aerial ladder should have these Jaws of life. -
Hi! Since Finland has two official languages, Finnish and Swedish, the police cars have the word police written both in Finnish (Poliisi) and in Swedish (Polis), one on each side. Poliisi is on the right side of the car and Polis on the left side if i remember correctly.

I can confirm that i have no problems at all with windows 7 (64bit version). I have all the latest graphics drivers installed, you should try to do the same.

Yes it does. I myself have windows 7 home 64bit version and it runs well. I haven't heard about any problems with that, so I guess it's thumbs up and for you it's only to run to the nearest store. Anyhow, remember that the US version is called 911 First Responders. Same stuff, different name. Some people have had problems with purchasing the digital download version, so I would recommend to go for the cd version if possible. Edit: Bah, I was too slow

Hi! Well, firstly I can't see any logfile, someone probably ate it. Try to re-upload it. Please also post a dxdiag. (help here) Does your computer run the game without any mods? and finally, where did you get the game from? Is it a cd or a download? Is is em4 or 911fr? Xandarb
