  1. The patch should have fixed the coronas anyway. The bug with the swat officers is something bigger i'm trying to figure out, but as of now it causes no harm so just vibe with it.
  2. I've made a patch for the back lights and it should be approved by the mods by later tonight.
  3. the only issues i've seen is for the rear lights on the fire truck. Try installing the miami coronas
  4. Looks like that corona aint right, my bad folks. I'll swap it out first thing and get a small update out to fix that.
  5. Version 1.0.1

Enter into this 80s TV inspired mod based off of Hoppah's LA mod and enjoy the classic units, sirens, and uniforms. Beginning as an easter egg for a different project, I decided to create a full mod based on the series Hill Street Blues. Set in the fictional rust belt city of Malburn, keep a lookout for crime, fires, and sudden heart attacks with a whole new fleet of 80s units. Remember to install the patch(s) when you download! Mod requires the coronas from the Miami mod Report any bugs or suggestions to this thread here CREDITS
  6. I might as well be bouncing up and down with excitement for this one itch! Amazing work!
  7. Found the issue, I had two uncomplete strings by mistake. Forgot to put a ">" at the end.
  8. what everyone above me said, skins look awesome dude! but at the end of the day it's your decision
  9. Hey all I recently went to disable a few units in a LA submod of mine, but after doing so, when I go into game, the unit spawn icons are grayed out. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have a fix?
  10. I've figured it out, I just need versions of the equipment that does not require alpha reflections (which means I will have to "borrow" more from the Miami mod)
  11. Hey all. Recently I replaced the models for the LAPD Swat personnel with some reskinned officers from other mods for one of my projects. They work and look great, but now when I command then to pick up shields, MP5, etc, they do the animation but their hands hold nothing. Whats up with that?
  12. We're almost there, the last models and lights have been completed for V1. The Emergency Action Team van by Itchboy and some more reskinned officers from EmC_Unit meant to look like the EAT team from the show, who often appear in the more comical segments. Beyond this, one or two edits need to be made to the map and some scripts and then we'll be ready for release!
  13. Love what you're doing with the map, it looks amazing from top to bottom!
  14. Some cool updates to showcase in this one, plus you can all silently judge me over how I play em4. See if you can spot everything new, and don't worry, all the bugs with the lights will be fixed before release. I also plan to play around more with the sirens, and get some better, more era appropriate ones ingame
  15. I like the skins, somehow you've made a rosenbaur engine I can stand to look at!
  16. something new for y'all tonight. Decided we needed a bomb squad, and since I didn't have a base, I decided to reuse Firequi's chevy ambulance and slapped on Itch's Code3 lightbar. let me know what y'all think, I might end up reusing it for a SWAT van in the future. Big update coming soon, stay posted.
  17. Rhis's plymouth fury, and to answer everyones comments about speed, I actually started this as a private project months ago, most of my time since posting has been porting things over and some light housekeeping and cleaning up some skins and lights.
  18. No, that's Itchboy's script and I doubt he'd let me use it for a LA submod like this
  19. i told myself I wouldn't edit the people.... I told myself that and I lied. Out of pure boredom I took some cops from the Miami Mod and slapped a skin on. According to the Miami Mod readme i should be allowed to use them in my mod. If not, I look forward to the whole community correcting me as we tend to do. Credits: EmC_Unit for the model and the hard parts of the skin. I may end up messing around a bit more and getting some nicer looking SWAT peds to match the show, but we'll see how much effort I care to put in.
  20. I've got some very good news for you all. Pending a few permissions and releases, and the two units that need lights, the mod is pretty much ready to go! I'll probably be putting out a 5-10 minute gameplay video later on this week to showcase everything when it's in a state I'm happy with. For now, heres a preview of the Ladder. Same basic concept as the ladder from Edgewater, just without that full light bar and instead two separate ones. When it comes to attaching the front to the rear, it's far from perfect, but it'll do for now. Lightbars, cab and wheels by RD_Saarland & Rachammer, rear by Hoppah. Skin by me.,
  21. Heres a quick update. Firstly, I redid the colors on the county ambulances. They'll now be orange instead of of red so you can tell them better from the fire department. Why orange? well anyway here they are, let me know what you think Ambulance Model by Firequi, Fed sig. Twinsonic and Mars Skybolt by itchboy
  22. We're almost at the end folks, Battalion chief vehicle is almost finished. Just needs some lights done. I had seen nobody use the S&W lightbar so far so I decided to plop it on on. I wasn't sure how it was going to come out but I'm happy with it. One down, only two more units before I can let you all get your hands on this. 1984 Impala by Itchboy, S&W lightbar by Itchboy, skin by me. If you're wondering why my game looks a bit more colorful, I've been playing around with reshader recently
