  1. It likely depends on the scenario. Often for EMTs or Paramedics to pronounce they're supposed to call medical control (a doctor somewhere) first. However there's exceptions for places with bad communications or if you can't reach medical control for other reason. Often the protocol is written like "for medical arrests terminate after 30 min or 3 consecutive 'No shocks advised' from an AED". And as stated above most protocols allow for CPR to not be initiated (which is tantamount to pronouncement if there's obvious signs of death such as lividity or traumatic injuries incompatible with life. The reason you're not finding it when looking it up is that such specifics aren't at the state level, they're at the individual service/medical director level.

  3. Hello gents! I hope everything is well for you. I just wanted to drop a quick post to apologize for both the very slow progress on the sub-mod and my absence. During the last three months or so, I've been fully committed to learning C# and SQL coding for a (hopefully) new job, which has been taking up a significant chunk of my free time. As a result, I haven't been able to dedicate as much time as I would love to this project. Rest assured, tho, that I haven't forgotten about it. I'm still working on it albeit at a slower pace.   4. As a previous member of the group that created Harbor City, that was a well known bug that just never went away. We always crashed in our SP/MP games after a while, but they never fixed it.

  9. Hello guys, Some new screenshots! Lately we've been mostly working on new buildings and filling the map a bit up. We're making good progress on that. but there is stil a lot that needs to be done. We can hopefully release some more information regarding gameplay soon. Just like Meik and NFK said, we take our time. I wish I had more time to work on the mod, but a fulltime job is unfortunately demanding.

This is a mod that me and several members from squad 55 have been working on as a side project and only for fun we where calling it BakersField but after i found out that BakersField was a place in California i renamed it to river falls as of right now i've only got a few units reskined to what the skin will be i've changed them a few times but i've created one i've liked and i'm going to keep them as that there are no new models since i can't create a model from scratch only bits from one model put together with another model it is going to be started off of FD Command patch 3 and i'm only going to be using scripts from it i plan on changing the map to something else idk what yet once my scripter understands how i want the script to be (6 fire stations 3 bays in each, and EMS has their own stations) i'll get it planned out currently i'm switching the models from the original mod i started off of into FD Command and creating new prototypes so that it is more orginized with the files and i'll be creating lights here is the team and credits *if anyone sees a model or something that is not credited or credited right PM me and ill get it fixed Team THVFD - lights, modeling, mapping MerrittLong - skins,Models Itchboy-mapping, modeling, scripting Credits Hoppah,Bama,Itchboy,NathanDollinger, ShaneGreen,Nico,Dyson,NYCERU,Cops,Helljumper51, and the games that itchboy got his models from(if i left anyone out sorry got a lot of models and stuff just PM me and ill get your name on here)
