Police units are not done yet or you are keeping them as a secret? Also will there be some special police/security units, for terrorists attacks etc.? All units looking amazing so far!

They are not done yet

Plans are to add the police chief, 10 patrol cars and 2 group vans. All of them will be off map, so you have to do with security untill they arrive

Only exception is 2 officers on foot patrole which will be in the terminal and available if called

20 ambulances for an airport? woow is it like that in real life?

There wont be any ambulances at the airport, the only medical staff you have there is the first responder and the mobile medical post.

All ambulances needed are called from outside the map

I know they are not marked as hot keys(its an old mod)

But you have to find the control box in the control room. 

It allows you to call in part time fire fighters for the main station and part time fire fighters at the station in the north

Around here they use "Alerts" fir aircraft emergencies, here is what they are.

ALERT 1 A plane in the air has minor electrical/mechanical problems. Units standby at fire station.

ALERT 2 A plane in the air has major electrical/mechanical problems. Units standby at runway.

ALERT 3 A plane has crashed at or near the airport.

ALERT 4 Hijacking, bomb threats or hazmat problems.

So if you take those, plys the normal everyday airport calls as medicals, fire alarms, fires, fuel leaks and spills, suspious packages, car fires, etc you should be well versed in just about everything that could happen at the airport.

We have a system a bit simular already added in the mod, its just Called Plane Standby 1-3 and the bigger the problem, the higher the number

Most of both you and JackSWAS' ideas will be added in the mod

I have slowly started to work on the events, is there anything specific events people would like to see?

Besides all the normal events like robbery, injured people and minor fires I have thought about stuff like gas leak, plane crash, safety landing, violent people on the planes and maybe even a terror threat or two

can you make a place on the airport where the army can hawe a place with planec and stuf like that???

No, this will be a civilian not a military airport

I have decided to make the mod a little bigger than first planed. 

This involves adding a secondary fire station and adding two new vehicles with special abilities. 

I am also thinking about adding some awesome scripts and make evacuation spots on the map so in case of a larger incident, all medical staff will go to an Evac zone where fire fighters will take injured people. 

This means its time for some heavy scripting since I want to make 3 fire chiefs with each their special ability so there will be a Fire Chief - Fire which moves directly to the inferno and starts has his opperation zone there, then a Fire Chief - Evac which will have control of the evacuation zone, be able to call aditional ambulances, evacuation busses and so on, and then last but not least Fire Chief - Coordination which will set up a field control area which the local fire chief, the ambulance Chief and police Chief will go to. 

Does people like the idea?

All models and skins of the local fire trucks are now done and all they need is light, then they are ready to go and I can show some pictures of them

If your putting in calls I think an Airplane crash is really rare (as it is in real life) and put in small calls like bin fires, unattended baggage, medical emergency's and minor things like it. Anyway keep up the good work!

The local fire department is almost ready, they just need the last parts of the skin and some lights, then all the vehicles for the mod are done.

After that, all we need to do, is create the calls, and then we are ready to release

I have managed to make the most badass callout script ever and i'm pretty sure that you guys will love it 

xxnypdofficerxx have made made skin for security and service personel and i have made all the cars. 

The mod only needs 2 things before it is possible for me to release 

1) I need to figure out what i want to do with the local fire dept, they will have 1 chief, 2 engines, 2 tankers, 1 ladder and 1 rescue trucks, but i havent decided what models to use yet

2) I need to make the script to control events. 

So this mod meight actually end up being released soon! 

If anybody have ideas for some european style fire trucks they would like to see for the local FD, throw me a link

Yeah i saw that pack, but unfortuantly its all military stuff so i'm not sure i can use it. 

I currently have two guys working on skins and as soon as the security skins are done I can start releasing some more videoes and screenshots

will there be like city fire service all London airports have there own fire units and when fire alarms go off city fire comes out to not sure how other place have theres done

I was actually thinking about it, but the fd which responds in real life have some special cars which havent been made for em4 yet, so i could use a 3d modeller to make them

No, in real life the is no engine at the fire station, but I have found one which looks Danish.
