It was no attack and panicking can be often a natural reaction of people when something suddenly happens. The behaviour of people was not dumb and not idiot, it's human. At the moment a fence dropped people started to panic because NOBODY knew what was happening. It's true that the attack on the Royal family during Queensday in 2009 is still fresh in our minds and people get scared too easy, but you can't blame them for their behaviour. Try to learn something about social psychology and I'm sure it will make some more sense. When people suddenly start to panic in a couple of seconds, I'm sure you would've run to find cover too. People didn't know what was happening. @ Tian: Next time you're to call people idiots I am going to take actions against you. In my opinion you're showing pretty aggressive behaviour on this forum and I do not like that. It wasn't appropiate to call these people idiots while you weren't even there and you can't know how you would react.

For most modern graphics cards it wouldn't really matter, but what's also important is the graphics engine of the game. The EM4 engine is not really built for these high polygon vehicles, while the GTA IV engine should be able to handle them better (for example).

That's definately good enough. Less detailed than that is already almost impossible. 2000 is not a limit, it's an advise to keep it around that. 10.000 polygon vehicles are not necessary.

Yes the patch fixes that. He just needs to check the correct fix for the freeplaymap he installed.

It's fine, but I don't even know what helicopter you were talking about...

SWAT helicopter? Do they really exist or are you talking about the LASD Sikorsky H-3 Sea King? Because we made one helicopter we need to make more now? Please be satisfied what I can actually provide. Another helicopter would really be a WASTE of our time. It took about 1 month to create the Ecureuil; from the beginning until the end. There won't be any other helicopters because animating a helicopter takes way too much time. We're talking about processing almost 40.000 lines of symbols, just for the new animations. Did that 3 times (Blackhawk, EC135 and AS350) now and I am never going to that again.
