    ERS berlins shorter loading time is indeed because they remade the entire game (and added a launcher). However, decreasing other mod's loading times is not possible.

    I think in your situation EM4 is a better choice. I think they have it at Amazon, but I'm not sure.

    Well, 911 First Responders and Emergency 4 are the same and are both suitable for mods, Emergency 2012 can't be modded and 99 First Responders doesn't exist (or is that a writing mistake by you?).

    All I know is Montville, since you named the picture "montville utility", but since there are multiple montvilles, I don't know any state.

    Looks great! Reminds me of that GTA IV RCMP clan that I always watch videos of on YouTube. They also use this type of vehicle.

    No, Emergency 2012 and Emergency 5 are 2 completely different games. Besides, EM5 isn't even released.

    Are you sure both you and your friend are using the same version of EM4? For example, if you have like v1.2 and your friend has v1.0 it won't work.
