Thank you, I am going to add some more security vehicles, a new police car some airport vehicles, some of them might not be controllable though.

Yes, this particular map is based in Norfolk but they are not Norfolk fire and rescue service

Hi guys, quick update. Unfortunately i am sick at the moment so i have not been doing much on the kent mod how ever we are in the process of adding a Kent Police Command Unit to the mod, that way ambulance, fire and now police will have a command unit for roleplay purposes. Thank you guys for sticking with the mod and i hope to bring you some more updates soon.

Just had a good hour or two playing and the mod is far better than expected!
Can I start off by saying the little details in the map such as the EA van and the news agents are really nice.
The map in general is really good, being very rural and unique.
I really enjoy the fact that there are limited units available on map and that more units and specialist units have to be called in, such as the really nice IVECO.
There must be a thousand little bugs and issues, but it really is still playable despite those. I will list a couple not mentioned; some firefighters spawn with paramedic bag after called in from battalion chief, fire engines that are called in by battalion chief do not have their engine on so move weirdly, the fire engines sometimes cannot be moved or accessed if they are filled with fire fighters while they have the doors open, the IVECO spawns with a LA fire fighter, multiple units called in together from the battalion get stuck .etc .etc, but its all to be expected for a first release.
I really cannot wait to see what else comes of this mod!

The fire engine bugs that you mentions are strange I will have to look into them, I know the engine on is a thing because I am using the Kent fire engines rather than just changing the model of the LA fire engines, I am going to look at removing the fire fighter from the divers unit aswell. The fire engine glitch where you say it can't move, did you change firefighter clothes on that vehicle just prior to this? The fire fighters with medic bags I will be removing, it's just still set up from the LA battalion chief script that has LA firefighter paramedics. Unfortunately I don't think that there is much I can do about the vehicles getting stuck when called in as I think it's down to the speed of the player calling them in (unless the light force one), can you still move the vehicles or do they actually get stuck?

I doubt if that will ever happen. He said in that post you quoted that V1.3 will be the last version. Also there are not many people who know how to make a mod for emergency 5

some other bugs that are not in the .txt file:
large dive unit gets stuck sometimes.
mini map is not correct for the map.
a couple others but they are minor.

I believe its all a matter of copying the relevant stretcher code from that mod. the 'get' command, lift, unload person, and putincar. simply copy pasting it shouldnt work though because there are pre-defined vehicles inside the scripts. those need to be changed, or entirely new entires added, so that it would recognize the off map units or any other units you wish to add.
in editor, make sure to give the appropriate stretcher childObjects to the relevant person units that you wish to give that functionality.

Hi, i want to add the ability for a paramedic to get the one person stretcher from the ALS LA ambulance. Im also not sure what the scripts called, its the one in the Kent mod. There is a script called GetStryker so it is linked to that. Paramedics can already get the one person stretcher from the kent mod ambulances but because i wanted my ambulances called from off map i had to change the model from the Red ALS ambulance to the kent mercedes sprinter.

The fire engine is a thing you will prob have to source from Montana, since the one there has the raised roof that your real vehicle has.
I used that ambulance and the firetruck from the montana mod, they are not perfect but close enough. who do i contact for permission to use the fire truck?

Yes all of these will be controllable, Air-Ops will serve as a HATO type unit for air side and Security will serve as police Air side, (Fire is obvious)
