Sounds like your using the wrong Sniper. Theres a SWAT Sniper, who kneels as you said, and a FBI Agent with a Tac Vest who can also be used as a snipper. The FBI Tac Vest officer has white sleeves and will lay flat on the ground when snipping.

I wish you the best of luck in solving the mission bug. In the mean time have you considered releasing LA Mod 2.0 as 2 different versions? One with the original missions and one with the LA Mod missions. This would eliminate the mission bug for now, and install the mission patch as its own mod so people can choose which one to play and dont complain they need to reinstall the whole mod if they apply the mission patch if they want to play the LA missions.

Well you got on him for dissing them so sounds like we arent allowed to have an opinion. Theres alot of people and alot of actions done these days people shouldnt do while driving, but they do. The days of a bumble gum machine light are dead. We are now in an age of slime/low profile LED bars that are brighter and more visible then ever. Personally I have no preference. If a department finds rotorays beneficial, good for them.

This has been covered a million times in the bug report thread, as well as a work around. This isnt related to the SG submod, its a bug from 1.9/2.0 that simply applies to this submod because its based on 1.9.

And that makes a difference? Is it so much to ask for a descriptive title and avoiding a demanding phrase like "READ NOW" and not to mention its usually considered yelling when you type in all caps. Great way to make an impact.

Hoopah said he may work on this now that 2.0 is out, mainly just to make it compatible. Perhaps if he does he will bug fix the map some but I wouldnt expect him to work to much on it. -
The truck, well mine does anyways, has the bomb robot on it, so its not just a big swat truck with bomb squad written on it. I agree itd be cool to make use of the disposal truck you mention because it still feels a bit lacking. And just FYI, just because its in a movie doesnt mean its real. In this case it is, as Mikesphotos has pics up on his site, but dont always take it for granted.

You have to put the road flairs in your hand away before you can pick them up. After 4 flares i think you run out automatically untill you get more from a cop car.

Looks like an old school bar and i have a feeling its fake. As for steady lighting, they often have a controller in there cars to choose different light patterns.

Hmm moving fire trucks,police cars,ambulances, etc with moving wheels, doors, lights, and even helicopters. No. Hmm if the animation was added, then I suppose it could be done if you add about a million lights to a unit, but even then it probably would look like poo.

Its been said plenty of times...lights are an acquired skill. It takes time and patience to get good at them.

Why not leave it open in case some one has something useful to add down the line? For example, read on to the next part. Well I dont know about that. The NY Mod claims that they have devloped a way to use a dual screen configuration for there mod. I think the second screen is just for displaying hud.

Have you tried making it compatible with win 98 or win 95(i forgot how old the game is). I recall having to do a bit of troubleshooting to get it to work on my system which was XP or vista at the time. I think i even had to use some old video card drivers.

The flashing headlight problem, I assume your referring to the possibility of sending some one into a seizure for example, could just as easily be argued towards the use of there reds and/or blues. I suppose its for better visibility. I actually questioned how this would effect units in rural areas where headlights are more vital in lighting the road. I suppose the red and blues could compensate to some extent but doesnt seem theyd fully compensate for the lack of a constant headlight beam.
