zip seems to get more and more rar by the day. RAR also offers better compression then ZIP, meaning faster download, and also has more options. Thinking of it this way I agree, mod files shouldnt be allowed.

Bout 6 AM I hear an Air Horn blasting traffic. Look outside see 9s coming in to the apt complex. I hear another Q and Air Horn as well which means 2s was coming in as well. Obviously it had been called in as a structure fire. Flip on the scanner 9s tells the other companies to stand down. The other companies would have been over 5 miles away, and Rescue 3 would have been coming from nearly 8 miles away. Turns out a drunk guy pulled the fire alarm. Less then 30 min latter, call goes out for a domestic violence right across the street. Busy morning. Oh and crime scene was called after all this to come look at the fire alarm.

This weasnt directed at you, but in the original screen shot it does not look fine in notepad. As for most people knowing, you know better. People cant even read 2 posts up before they reply, and you think they know how to edit the cfg file? Come on now.. I have a Dell2208WFP 22 Inch Widescreen, I had to manually edit the cfg to make the game fullscreen, and everything looks fine here.

Its likley hardware related if your getting a BSOD(Blue Screen of Death). So first off run memtest86+, its a free utility to check your RAM for errors. Secondly, does your pc have a video card in it? If so run your monitor from the vga/dvi port on the main panel near the keyboard,mouse and usb connectors. My last suspicion could be your mobo about to die. Its an nvidia chipset, which is junk. Oh and while I seriously doubt its a problem, get a proper driver for your monitor.

This is likley your CPUs fault. Its not powerful enough. This is indeed one time where png works better, otherwise its just annoying. Oh and Notepad 2 might be a usefull thing to mention. This is notepad for coders and when you open the cfg file it wont be all jumbled up.

Its really not that hard to do if you have a brain.
