zip seems to get more and more rar by the day. RAR also offers better compression then ZIP, meaning faster download, and also has more options. Thinking of it this way I agree, mod files shouldnt be allowed.

http://www.14wfie.com/Global/story.asp?S=11982427 The fire at Audience Response Systems required 12 engines. The normal response for a structure fire here is something like 2 quints,2engines,a bc and a rescue. Fire broke out at about 7 PM. Its 2 AM and crews are still on scene.

Bout 6 AM I hear an Air Horn blasting traffic. Look outside see 9s coming in to the apt complex. I hear another Q and Air Horn as well which means 2s was coming in as well. Obviously it had been called in as a structure fire. Flip on the scanner 9s tells the other companies to stand down. The other companies would have been over 5 miles away, and Rescue 3 would have been coming from nearly 8 miles away. Turns out a drunk guy pulled the fire alarm. Less then 30 min latter, call goes out for a domestic violence right across the street. Busy morning. Oh and crime scene was called after all this to come look at the fire alarm.

This weasnt directed at you, but in the original screen shot it does not look fine in notepad. As for most people knowing, you know better. People cant even read 2 posts up before they reply, and you think they know how to edit the cfg file? Come on now.. I have a Dell2208WFP 22 Inch Widescreen, I had to manually edit the cfg to make the game fullscreen, and everything looks fine here.

Its likley hardware related if your getting a BSOD(Blue Screen of Death). So first off run memtest86+, its a free utility to check your RAM for errors. Secondly, does your pc have a video card in it? If so run your monitor from the vga/dvi port on the main panel near the keyboard,mouse and usb connectors. My last suspicion could be your mobo about to die. Its an nvidia chipset, which is junk. Oh and while I seriously doubt its a problem, get a proper driver for your monitor.

This is likley your CPUs fault. Its not powerful enough. This is indeed one time where png works better, otherwise its just annoying. Oh and Notepad 2 might be a usefull thing to mention. This is notepad for coders and when you open the cfg file it wont be all jumbled up.

Its really not that hard to do if you have a brain.

I dont think I have ever heard a 10 code go out here. Even when there was 100 person riot the other day, the cop simply said I need more units. The only department in the county to use codes regularly is AMR. http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/V...County_%28IN%29

Sounds like you had conflicting codecs. Remove all other codecs and use only ffdshow in its standard configuration.

In Sketch up, export to 3ds. Load the 3ds in zmodeler 2. Export to v3o. UV Map it, and then load the editor. Go to Modifications->LA Mod 2.1(or1.8,1.9,2.0etc)->Hit F1->Buildings->LA Emergencey Services->Hospital and look towards the bottom. Youll see a browse box. point this to your v3o file. Delete the one of the map by click it, then hit Delete on the keyboard(not back space). Then click the hospital and place it.

Too lazy to dig up pics, but we use an old bank car for our swat truck. An International brand if I recall right. Not sure how many officers we have, but our SWAT officers are usually on patrol working traffic duty so they usually respond in there patrol car. In some rare cases officers with take home cars will be forced to respond even if there off duty. For example there was a young male walking near a high school with a rifle(or maybe shotgun) and SWAT was there suiting up on scene breaking from there normal patrol duties and some off duty officers with take home cars were told to respond as well.

What are your pc specs(ath the op)?

It would be impossible as is, but it seems easily feasible with proper scripting.
