I just found this website. It the Toronto Fire Services CAD page. Right now they've got a 2 Alarm Residential fire, a 3 Alarm Commercial Fire, another Res. Fire that has had units added twice now, a vehicle fire, and several others. I'd suggest bookmarking it, its a good one

ok, for a second, I thought I was loosing my marbles... but, then again, I guess you'd have to HAVE marbles to lose...

I heard one a little while back, it went out as a Structure Fire, and, being Buffalo, it sent 3 Engines, 3 Trucks, the City-wide Rescue 1, The Air Truck, EMS Leiutenant, Battalion Chief, Division Chief, and Fire Marshal.

Well, while en route, they all got cancelled, saying the caller called back; it was a yellow porch-light. How in the hell does one think a porch-light is a fire? The stupidity of people *face-palm*

You would be surprised how often that we either get smoke from a chimney or a fireplace on fire.

No, I get that, we had one today. It was just funny the way it was worded; "Fireplace on fire"

I think what he means is: it was the creosote that caught on fire. Just guessing though.

Hey, Fort Erie sends 2 pumps, 2 Rescues, and an aerial. Well, in the rural areas we add a Tanker.

but, if we pull a second line, we go to a second alarm, which is another Pump and Rescue

Well, last night around 17:30hrs Buffalo Fire had a strong Natural Gas Odour, and, as they arrived, Fort Erie got dispatched to a strong Natural Gas Odour on the border of Port Colborne. That was odd, with two calls at the same time, same thing, different countries

Also, jumping into the shower about an hour ago, I caught a call on my scanner that came in REALLY broken up; I think it was a downed airplane 2 towns over, not sure.... if I hear more, I'll update

A few pointers...

Buffalo PD only uses Crown Vics, nothing else. However, Buffalo NFTA (Transit Police) use all Chargers now. Erie Co Sheriffs would have the transport van and the SUV. BPD SWAT would have the smaller of the black vans, but not the other two.

As for BFD, I'm not a large enough wacker to follow apparatus exactly. Just the basic Engine 1 and Engine 2 and Aerial would do. BFD doesn't use tillers. Rescue 1... It's build correctly, but I'm not 100% at the paint job, as I haven't looked at Rescue 1 in awhile. However, the LAFS engine could be Rescue 2... Yes, it still exists as a reserve rescue. BFD also has a fireboat.. But I don't think a reskin would be necessary. haha

As for Rural Metro.... IT's too nice. Add some dents and rust. lol But seriously, that looks PHENOMINAL, just like our new rigs. I'd recommend changing the numer... For any of the mod-style, you want a 500-series. (Ex: 593, 597, 547, etc) For a van, you could use a lower 500 (512,514, 516) or an old 250 number (250, 251, 252)

If you need photos of Rural Metro uniform, I can either take photos, or give you their website.

The Red Cross vehicle could also be reskinned to be the Erie Co SMART truck.. It's an ER DR that is on call 24/7 for emergencies outside the ER.

Thanks So, I figured out my previous problem. My USAR FF is now helmet less. He's wearing bunker pants still, but, for now, I removed the Red Suspenders. I'll Probably add them tonight, possibly tomorrow after cadets... not too sure yet... I'll put some pics up in a few hours of the new USAR FF... I wanna get IN game and play, I haven't in almost a week

well, this winter is a bit odd for me. Normally, by 17 DEC, we have 4+ feet of snow. Now, we've got, maybe, 4". Maybe lol. And, the temps for tonight are -7C (18F), and right now its -8C (17F)... its thurs, Sat, Sun and Mon are snowy, Tues and Wed cloudy, and Thurs. more snow... Yippee *rolls eys*

Didnt really hurt my truck but it did dent her bumper a bit.

At least I'm not the only one thinking it was rather large I see them all the time, as my town borders Buffalo, NY, and the only thing seperating us is the mighty Niagara River. The USCG Station Buffalo has 2 or 3 of those I believe... They sound friggin powerful

An internet search popped up with a problem in my registery, but I checked and that's all fine. I'm not running any virtual drives or anything... I still have a few updates to XP, maybe those will fix it.. ? *shrug*

So after a long time, I finally have a PC and time to get back into the game.

I d/led and installed FR911, then installed LAMod 1.9. But when I try to open it, I get this error...

"A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed."

I originally thought it had something to do with installing LAMod 1.9 improperly, so I uninstalled it andtried opening only the game, but got the same message. So it's clearly something with the game itself. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled, already re-downloaded, and tried to find a way around it. It's downloaded and installed properly. It never asked me for my CD Key, but then again, I don't remember it EVER asking me for that.

What do I do from here?

(I know, offtopic. But this is the most heavily trafficked board. When it's answered, I'll delete my topic.)
