how do i upload them when i try and cut and paste it wont let me.

sorry i was not clear, I was asking how do you upload them. i know for picures from the internet you need the website but how do you do it for Fraps pictures.I hope i can send these to you soon because i was also able to make two nypd skined units PS:do i need to convert the photos mabie that is what i am doing wrong?

is there a spific tool you use to make it look glosy and shiny. Also once you finish a skin what do you do to convert it back to the new skin for the 3d unit? Thanks for the help, Jab16

once you reskined it how fif you make it so it had the new letters in it i am trying to skin for the first time.

I also play the la mod. I am from texas and i am looking foward to a hoppahs new map, but i wish mabie there was a map with little roads and houses small events like in a small rual town. but thats just me.

well instead of traffic lights just put a cop there. But for accurcey the la center of emergency managment controls lights for emergencys.

looks awesome i will try and see if i am good at anything but i can not promise anything. Btw the ambulance looks like the one where i live.
