You can disable all crashes event, by setting the value of it to 0 on the freeplay params. Or either delete the tanker crash accident in the editor, this might be a little more complicated.

Mission 3: Just shoot at the van until the vehicle's health starts to drain. After that it will become towable. (Make sure you cool it down, so that it don't blow up!) Mission 7: Be careful with the 3rd terrorist (the one holding a rifle). The easiest way to get rid of him is to either kill him with a sniper unit, or take him into custody by throwing a flash bang at him, but remember to use a shield to take cover, and as soon it bangs, arrest him. -

In your case, it would be: "C:\Program Files\Wizard Works\911: First Responders\911fr.exe" -editor I'm not sure if it's correct, but I'm sure you can figure out the rest yourself. Edit: Or even better, don't replace the whole address, just replace the "-game" with "-editor". From what it seems, he already did. 911: First Responders can be bought online, on the Atari website.

The models on the first aren't shiny because there not in game. But once they are, they will be, the game is what generates the lightning.
