Yes, also a few Mods could get boring sometimes. And Mods that do the US have to work extra hard. Because LA Mod might of done it all or try it all. It would get boring if mod feel or look a like.

Hey, Mod Teams! Some of us need to get our act together. Even my Mod needs to get it act together. So I'm not even singling me out! I think some teams are not trying their best or going too slow for some odd reason. Why, I'm saying this? For most of us it been 2 year, 1 year, or 6 months we started our Mod Projects. A lot of the work output is not good if we been talking this long to build things for the Mod. Many problems are cause by spreading out to other projects, making to much for the 1st release, or lack of team members help. Most might agree that they are having some problems. We need to "double time" in making the mods.... You know why? Emergency 4 was release in Spring of 2006 Europe. Last year the US and UK.... Now it becoming a very old game. Players are going away every month and few new players replace them. Our Mods keep this game alive longer... If we have them finish. Lastly if Emergency 5 comes out and your Mod not finish? How can you enjoy your mod then? You might have to start over for the new Emergency 5. Your mod work might have problems with EM5 if the programing is different. Because you want people to still have some enjoy from playing your Mod. No one likes a mod to die or be cancel. So let's take all the free time and get a cup of coffee. And work those keys and mouse till our hands start bleeding! A side note for those people who want to help our mods. We don't always need your ideas. If you really want to help us? Learn one the skills our Mods need people for. Try it and you maybe really good at it. And never give up after one try. Give it like 30 trys! And sorry we can't help you learn. Because we are busy making these mods for you our fans. Ok Mod Teams! Who going to try to work harder! And it always good to help each other with our Mods.

Don't make a big deal about this. I seen them doing a fine job. Criticizing how they do there work would just cause problems. There no way you can change how they do there jobs. Performing a show... The point is that they are setting up an warning zone and bypass for on coming cars,. Behind the Road Crew Truck is not safe from all a traffic. If the road crew truck gets hit and move forward from impact. More people could get hurt from the road crew truck. Also the road crew truck would get damage and not able to warn other cars and could cause more cars to crash into the crash road crew truck. The Road Crew setup a warning zone and a light barrier to keep Accident area safe. So they can help in accident zone without worry. This also give on coming cars a warning to slow down. So that more cars don't crash. Those Road Crew guys are risking there life but doing it safety... At all times both of them are protecting each other and hardly never look away from the road. They do this because the warning zone could prevent another accident. After the warning zoning is finish then they can move to the accident to help. These Warning zones might seem silly in a strait flat road. But if it raining, snowing, at night, on hill, or curves and it helps. I'm not here to teach "driving school" here. But in the driving school books in many nations talk about this. Also any Policemen or DOT Crew can say why this is good in warning wise.

They were performing a show for the public and also showing the safety they must take on a busy highway with traffic going really fast. People don't always see the road crews and a car might crash into them. Like in EM4's Tunnel Mission... You might see crash video where the road crew's truck being crash into. Other than that.... That "walk" is a little military show walk. Its a History from the Military Culture part of Japan. Its normal for public shows. Maybe TeamNamami can tell us why they do that?

Sorry, I got confused I was thinking you was talking about other mods. It's a bit odd. Hardly many edits the original game models.

I say that will be a "No". It makes it not private and controlling who has the edits would be a problem. Because sooner or later some one would start passing around the model with a skin on it. Or that some one make a Mod install file without any permissions.

This one person bring this up to me... That he will script a baton if someone makes a model for it. So I don't know if a lie or not? If you gave the person a model of a baton?

He basically a video in the game. If you replace videos? Then he should be different. You would need the videos be the same size and low memory space to limit game lag. Tokyo Mod Project is working on replacing all the videos and add their own videos for the Tokyo Mod. To make your own videos you need to know how to edit and do animation. Since other videos might lag the game.
