I'm making a FAQ of Modding Music to Game. I will update this with more questions from others and the answers. I like help from current "Mod Groups" to help answering these questions. ----- 1. Copyrights laws? A. Do I have to worry about using copyright music in my mod? B. If it's only in game as background and I don't show videos of the mod playing the music. Is it ok to use? C. If buy Music and use it in my Mod. Is it ok to use? D. If I edit music to be differently and place in into my game. Then its ok to use? E. This music is copyright but in another country. So it is ok? 2. Format Music in Game. A. Can I use a Wav or Mp3 in a mod game? B. Is it is wise to use Ogg format for my Music? 3. Using and installing in game. A. Do I place my music in my Mod files and it will play? B. Do I have to edit a XML file to have the Music to play in the Mod? C. Will the game have problems in playing some Music? 4. Sharing my Mod with my Music inside. A. Will it make my Mod Downloading longer? B. Is there any risk my new music will crash or make the game run slower? ----- Please answer each question with a quote to the question. If you have a question to add... I'm going to tell what is the problem adding emergency lanes in current cities. That's not a highway roads with the problems... But the city streets. Most cities that are over 200 years old have smaller streets. So adding another lane to a street is hard to do. Because of build up object around the road. That why you see one way streets around the center of the city. Because they hard to solve the traffic problems some how in that area. Some cities are lucky to had pre-design city planning or rebuild better roads after disaster. The other part that is the problem is too many people driving their own cars. Because the city has no mass transit or that people think they are too good to ride a bus or train. Lastly it is money. Redesign a streets to have more lanes or destroying buildings that cause more problems. Most of today roads that have traffic problems; were design like 20 to 40 years ago. Cities tend to lack upgrading road network till its a huge problem. Lack of upgrading, more cars, and surrounding full of things cause Traffic Jams. This British guy can tell you all. If you don't like a computer graphics showing you a Traffic Jam? Then here a real life test from Japan I think less people need to drive less and carpool. That cause less Traffic Jams.

This is better than that.

That Sim look neat in a idea wise... But not sure in the design of the gameplay.

I think? In that part of the world... Toyota Trucks are very common. Most the Departments might have a East and West mixture of cars. You might have Europe Truck as one thing and then Japanese as another type of truck.

What would they have to offer that's neat?

I like to create a chart to see what is the fastest police by each nation. Then see how they match up with other nations. I maybe can't get a full list to see this any time soon.

Did some gave a idea of a mod in Hawaii yet? Trying to think of a place where you have to use boats a lot.

These Firemen are crazy! How are they able to do this? Without their commander knowing? You guys seen this? Could there be any more firemen that are crazy as this?

It maybe was some thing like what happen in Emergency! show.

They may one day have small and fast scout robots. For searching survivors in mass city ruins. That could able to detect life signs. So trained rescuers don't have to be every where in a search.

They make robots different sizes. A big robot is not a replacement for going inside a building. Yet even a small disasters it could be used as a crane. People can mistake reading dude. Don't have a cow.

Then, I'll ask you to be the first one to look for survivors in a partly collapse mall from an earthquake. With the only tools... that are a Helmet, Axe, Rope and a Jack. We have reports... That we may get after shocks and the building frames can't take any more hits. Still want to go in?

Well they did say used robots... means they are cheaper? Tokyo Fire Department's budget is like ¥255,028,000,000 Yen and that's only 3% of the city's budget. I think? (€ 1,893,837,928 / $ 2,821,418,298) Don't know how much they use to buy robots? I guess that's why research pays off in Japan... Those Robotic Companies means business with SCIENCE!

That London fire officer said it took 2 years to get a robots to fight fires and to get the technology? That is funny! The technology was around like least 10 years before and 2 years to get used robots. The London Fire Service must have budget problems or that their R&D guys are not that great at all. Tokyo Fire Department started developing fire robots since 1998~2002. You would think someone in another department would see these robots. And make a look alike or something like it?

They grow up watching Robot themed Anime shows.

I real person won't act like a rag doll. The dummy was slowly and stabilize in to it. Not like it was throw into it. If a person is in danger? At a area that no person could get to them. It wise to hurt the victim just a little to save their life. In the Rules of a Rescuer is; "To save a person life... A rescuer must not create any harm to their self." If the rescue is hurt when saving another person. Then you might then save two people. Risking other people's lives.

This not new at all! Tokyo Fire Department has 12 robots for fire fighting and rescue robot for some time. http://zoome.jp/firemovie/diary/3 <--- Newest Rescue Robot These robots are not remodel or been reused. Built to do the job. The have them to help with earthquakes. When huge buildings might fall over and create a large search area. Also use for industrial gases or heated areas that normal fire suits can't go to. If there going to be a new type of Robotics... More likely Japan made it first or built a better one.

That's true with most police cars.
