Thee point of these topics is not for any reason except increase my post count topics... People think the more posts they have the more respected they are, therefore, they love these topics.. Personally, I'd rather someone with a hundred useful posts, than 5000 useless posts (cough cough)

One thing I want to make mention of, you can ask to have the unit purpose, BUT YOU CANNOT DEMAND IT. If I say post a pic of the SJRFD Command/HAZMAT unit and ask for the purpose, but you just say SJRFD.. Then you win, the purposae is not required... only the department it serves.

Well most of the things can be recreated in Em4 missions, it's just a matter of remaking the maps, and rescripting the missions... Mind you it will be much easier than having nothing at all to work with and having to try and make everything up from scratch, however it will not be an easy task, and you would not be able to achieve a complete transfer.. Things do get lost.. One thing I wanted to start a while ago was remaking every mission from the three emergencies prior to the current one, as well as convert the Em3 missions to Em4. However it got pushed aside half because I was busy with life, half because it was a large task, and I didn't have the resources to do it.

Personally, I'm a rifle kinda guy, smaller arms are nice, but they don't have the same feel, and they don't demand your attention as much. If I have two guys aiming at me with guns, one says lie down, and the other says jump, I'm listening to the guy with the rifle, not with the handgun.

Play around with the intensity caps. 0.95 is all the way like a quick blink.. It's what I used for the strobes on the LAFD Heavy Ambulance included in the AUS. I agree with Francis on the 0.30, however, try around to see what is best for you... 0 is none, 1 is all!

I personally prefer Notepad ++ It's free and it colour codes things, so I'd recommend that if you want to make this editting files thing a habit
