At least most where I live, it's only three highschools here that offer it, and two are sister schools and share courses since they are 200ft apart.. The other school is the "smart" school.. In other words you don't get zoned to go there, you apply to attend their courses, and pay a fortune, but it's still considered a public school somehow

NHFD, I suggest trying the exact same process with another skin that was locked before, jsut to see if you get the same results or if it works... Also, post here, step by step what you did, just incase youmade a little mistake, becuase even I screw up little things like that sometimes, never notice, but it doesn't work because of one tiny step, that's the problem with this stuff, one mistake and it won't work
