  1. I meant for EM5 single player campaign and single player freeplay mode, no mods. Thanks for the help boys. Does your suggestions still apply for single player ?
  2. Can anyone point me the right direction where I can edit the freeplay settings and have all the maps start out at night time instead of day time ?
  3. Thanks, man. The video doesn't do it's justice to show how awesome the lights look now, and it's definitely a major step up from the previous versions. It's more balanced, the radiations are mimicking real life behaviours, it definitely has more life to it. All light sources now radiates off the walls, etc, the way it is in real life. The video lost a lot of FPS while filming so some of the patterns in the video are skipping. It's definitely a lot more smoother when you see it for yourself in person. The flares are a bit too bright and experimental so I'm still tweaking it, along with the brightness. It'll be done this weekend. All of the lights are real life patterns. Granted it's not what you will see in Germany, but it's a mixture of most common European/British light packages. It's the way that I believe should be done and it definitely an eye candy. Nothing overboard, just about right and balanced. Do you want to beta test my lighs ? I want to make sure that no users will experience any difficulties this time, such as missing prefabs, or lights are white, etc. I want to make sure that this version is working properly ... Let me know if you're up for it. This goes for everyone else too.
  4. About the siren, if you are referring to the fire department siren and EMS siren, it's suppose to be high pitch as they are Whelen dual sirens, but. Suppose I'll compile a different siren model and upload it tonight. Thanks for the positive comments guys.

  8. Ok, can you do me a favor and install the light mod again to see if it causes any issues with those units that got reverted to original lights. Also I'm aware about the mysterious white halo lights around the water tanker, I have no idea what's causing it but I'll keep looking. Thanks mate.

  10. Someone asked for a in-game video of the new sirens, so here's one showing the Code 3 Mastercom B siren, will you listen to that Doppler effect ! 11. I have no idea why it's prompting anti-malware alerts but I assure you the files are not malicious and are safe.
  12. Yeah I was worried that I might have had added too much foward white lights on the FD units. I'll make some changes. But it's a concept that is based off the North American and British/European/Swedish emergency vehicles forward light concept. The lights in the mod is mixed around and Isn't only based on the German lights. The white lights on the lightbar is based off the code 3 mx700 corner white lights that bounces sideways like a cyclone. It's the bottom left and right white corners. Same concept, very effective intersection awareness.
  13. Project Reality Lights v.2.0 is now released : DOWNLOAD : http://www.4shared.com/rar/5b8dzlMOce/Project_Reality_Light_--_v20.html? 17. I tweaked some files and disabled the shadows l, it helped bring the FPS up.
  18. Thanks guys, did any one of you have any trouble installing it, does the new lights show up ?? I won't do a red/blue version right now until I finish editing all the fleets with blue lights then I'll make a separate pack for those who prefers red/blue lights on PD and fire units.
  19. I attached more body lights to increase 360 presence. Download link here : http://www.4shared.com/rar/LJ2s7cmHce/Project_Reality_Light_--_v12.html?
  20. Some sneak preview of what to expect ! Video coming soon ...
  21. Hello, everyone. You read it right, I have started a Project Reality Light sub-mod for the Emergency 5. The modification will consist of minor changes to light patterns, and new siren tones. More information will be added later on this weekend, and expect a download link sometimes tomorrow. This will only be a minor thing that i hope will grow into a realistic light pack. Right now i am facing a huge learning curve in the Emergency 5 Editor, and it's very complicated to create patterns. So let's see if i can apply my experience and skills I've utilized for emergency 4 and give you guys some realistic patterns ... So far i have managed to change all of the lights to 2 and 4 flash patterns. I also have changed the coloring of the FD light bars, included forward white modules in the light bar. I also changed out all of the siren tones to Whelen and Mastercom B tones. A video will be posted this weekend. I plan on making a red/blue police light combo for those who prefers it. Feel free to give suggestions. Stay tuned, subscribe for more updates . Project Reality Lights v.4.0 is now released ! This modification attempts to achieve more realistic blue light patterns and lighting effects. All of the light packages in the modification are not based on it's real life counter parts but a generic, general light packages that would be seen throughout the European countries, U.K, N.L, etc ... DOWNLOAD : https://mega.co.nz/#!FcxzSRAC!h6yPINgCty…az5je6zYleUx_7U ** THE LINK AND FILES INCLUDED ARE SAFE AND NOT CORRUPTED WITH VIRUSES. IF YOU GET A ANTI-VIRUS WARNING, IGNORE IT. ** Change Log : - New area radiation effects. - Improved patterns with random and synchronization cycle. - Toned down general flare brightness and minimized forward white lighting. - Improved Police Helicopter lighting, along with realistic spotlight texture and coloring. - and many more ... Known Bugs : - Some vehicles often will have a large, white halo glowing around them. This is still a mystery bug that i do not know how to correct. This version should NOT have any mystery white lights but if it does, let me know so i can fix it. I hope you guys enjoy it and have fun !
  22. Is it the same light editing mechanism from Emergency 4 Editor ? You know, edit the speed, offset flash, can you copy and paste coronas, make custom flash patterns like i can with the RCMP modification etc ?
