  1. The title is Horses to Horsepower It was compiled by Dave Cox and Walt Jaeger and the LAFDHS.
  2. I'll see what I can do, it's difficult to get the lighting to cooperate and it covers equipment from the late 1800s up to 2014 which makes it over a hundred pages in length.
  3. What all would you be interested in? It has some photos of the crown snorkels and telesqurts pictures of some of the older seagrave tillers and a few specialized rigs and unique engines, That's just a small amount of what it has.
  4. I recently found a picture of a 1978 brush patrol I figured I'd share it here, I also got a picture of the same model truck from a different angle from one of the books I have on the LAFD. Unfortunately I haven't found any shots of what the pump looks like or any other rear shots for that matter. They might be of some use though.
  5. This might be a oversight from the original LA mod but there are two civilians inside 2 containers at the dock, I removed the bottom containers to reach them. I've also have been unable to clear the hazmat call nearby that location, I've removed the barrels and transported all civilians but it still won't clear.
  6. https://web.archive.org/web/20180325185555/http://www.crownisking.org/ctdalacity63.html This is the page the last shot came from. https://web.archive.org/web/20180325190743/http://www.crownisking.org/ctdalacity20.html There's also this one aswell of the other truck. I might've posted about this site in the past, There's alot of good shots of other apparatus on this site aswell from LA and other agencies.
  7. I'm guessing the shots have to be nearly a direct shot at the sides and the rear, I do have a side shot and 2 rear shots but those are still at a slight angle. You might already have these 3 shots but I'll post them just incase. I also found and posted a video awhile back between December that might help aswell, haven't had much luck with shots of the right side. I'll keep an eye out for anything else but unfortunately that's all I have currently.
  8. I know the update is already been released but I was just wondering if this is something that might still be added in the future, or if it's unlikely to be added at all. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask since it's been awhile.
  9. I found a bug with the battalion chief where on the way back to the station it'll go out front and try to go through the engine 1 bay. On one instance it actually parked in the door. (Apologies for the compressed image)
  10. Take as much time as you need to rest, you definitely deserve it. Loving the update, especially the new callouts and scripts. The new peds for the coroners, LACoFD, and the private ambulance companies are very well done. This has easily become one of my all time favorite mods for EM4 .
  11. I have a question out of curiosity, you mentioned aircraft in the previous post. Is this just referring to the helicopters or the air tanker aswell?
  12. The new version isn't out yet, currently it's just the 90s unit set.
  13. Very nice work Itch, Looking forward to future progress on the mod.
  14. On the topic of fire apparatus, I recently found these 2 videos showing off various apparatus.
  15. Love the detail in this mod it definitely shows the work that's been put in so far, keep up the great work. I have two questions about the mod, First in terms of firefighting apparatus will there be any additional units that can be called in as additional support, or will it only be what is on the map? Lastly whatever happened to the seagrave engine shown around late 2017? I don't believe it's been shown since then, I thought it wouldn't be included because of the age of the rig but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
  16. Wasn't expecting to see one of the department of airport police cars so soon, good job as always. I had the idea of having firefighters have the ability of being able to ride on the rear of the apparatus come to mind a few months ago back with the SWAT showcase video, I'm fairly certain that the spawner button showed the year 1986 in one of the showcase videos but i figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
  17. Nice work itch, I recently stumbled upon a video that shows the LAPDs mobile command center figured I'd share it here.
  18. Good job itch. I watched Alex's new video on project nostalgia yesterday I'm very suprised with some of the new features, especially the new sirens on the fire rigs and the dispatching. eager to see what else is going to be coming in the future.
  19. Maybe it could work like the engineering flatbed in the US army mod and pick up the bombs after being disarmed which could simulate how the truck was used to safely detonate them irl. I'm not familiar with scripting in EM4 I dont know how hard that would be to implement I figured I'd share the idea.
  20. Those cars are top notch loving the variations in the different lightbar models. I was wondering will there be any additional dispatch commands for the battalion chief like the ability to choose between calling a light force and a task force?
  21. While looking through the LAFDHS photo archive I came across a few shots of the firecoach tillers These two show what I believe is Truck 20 after serving Station 105 in the 80s and being relocated again to station 35 in the late 80s or early 90s Last two are b&w photos of truck 63 in the 1970s http://www.usfirepolice.net/ca_california/ca_lafd/ca_los_angeles_retired_ladder_58_(2)-1.jpg Came across another photo of one of the two that LA purchased this time serving station 58. Must have been a short term assignment for that rig as the apparatus records dont show anything about either of the trucks serving station 58
  22. I've been watching the progress on this mod for a few months but haven't tried to comment on it yet, this is easily one of my favorite mods for EM4 at the moment loving the work that's been put into the mod so far. Posting now because I found some photos of the 2 crown tillers and was hoping they could be useful in some way. The site is crownisking.org but the page is only accessible from wayback machine, photos are under the departments tab and LA city fire department theres 2 different pages for both 63 and 20 it includes some information for the history of both rigs
